-Lily’s P.O.V-
I haven’t eaten for a long time, I don’t know how long but I haven’t. I haven’t seen any type of light in a long time also; Jackson hasn’t visited ever since he stuck Ryan and I in here.
Ryan and I talk a lot to comfort each other, I don’t know what I’d do if he weren’t here with me. I feel terrible for ever thinking he was the bad guy and that I hated him, because I don’t. He’s in the same situation as me just because he tried to help me as best he could.
He trusts me, I can tell, and I trust him. He tells me about his mom and how his life used to before she died. He told me about his school and how he was never popular which was surprising because he’s as good looking as Dylan.
Not saying that I’d ever like Ryan like I like Dylan. That would never happen; I look at Ryan as my friend and my friend only. Maybe even a brother but Dylan was who I’ve loved ever since I could remember.
I tell Ryan about Dylan and Marian. He tells me about Maria and as much as I don’t want to admit it I get jealous. I don’t know why, maybe because I feel like I want Ryan all to myself. Ryan’s my best friend and my best friend only. Funny to think that’s how I felt about Dylan too.
I wonder if Dylan was thinking about me or worried. Same with Marian, did she even know I left? Did Dylan lie so he didn’t seem like the bad guy and said I was sick? I could never imagine him doing that but maybe he would.
“Lily?” I heard Ryan call out with tired in his voice, he probably just woke up. He sounded really cute when he spoke in his morning voice.
“Yeah?” I replied and heard his chains sway a bit.
“Did Jackson come down?” He asked and probably still half asleep because he knows as well as me that if Jackson came in here he would wake up.
“No, Ryan.” I chuckled a bit, he always asked stupid questions when he first woke up and they made me smile.
“Are you okay?” He asked me and I sweetly smiled even though he couldn’t see it.
“Yeah, I’m okay.” I say but we both know we’re not okay. When we say we’re okay we mean we’re currently not crying.
“Good.” He sighed, his morning voice gone and he sounded awake. “I’m starving.” He said and I chuckled a little.
“Me too.” I said and laid my head against the wall.
“I hate it in here.” Ryan said solemnly, probably speaking aloud. We do that a lot now.
“Join the club.” I told him and I could hear him laugh a bit. “Hey, do you think if we’re loud enough Jackson would come?” I asked Ryan and we were both silent for a second.
“Why?” He asked without answering my question, because he knew I’d do something stupid. I always tried to make up a plan to do anything to get out but he always stopped me.
“Maybe Jackson would come or even a better a good person if we screamed.” I explained with joy in my voice.
“You want Jackson to come? Rape you a bit, beat us against the walls? Because that’s what you’re asking for by wanting to do that.” Ryan and explained and I huffed and rolled my eyes.
“Well then what’s your plan?” I asked in frustration, I’ve asked this many times before but he never answers.
“I’m going to go back to sleep.” He told me and I sighed. What did I tell you? It’s like he’s hiding something.
