Ginny is literally fangirl #1 until the sixth book, and suddenly she became attractive, confident, and hot. There is no character development. Book Ginny does bad things and never gets called out for her mistakes, unfair. Movie Ginny is nicer but has no chemistry with Harry.

Edit: I tried to understand more about Ginny and now I started to like her. The ship is still neutral to me.
