Because of this, Paper Lantern knows a lot of things about the various places she's visited and is always more then happy to explain the history of a place to someone. She's also very observant. Often noticing things before others.

In "The Dram-Art (Part 2)", Festival Lantern is seen in a flashback with Paper Lantern. She carries Festival Lantern while flying so Festival Lantern can fly with Paper Lantern.
