Olivia's POV

It's nearly Christmas and I'm soooo excited.

Tonight on iCarly's Christmas show people voted on what Freddie should dress up as.

I wanted Rudolf... but apparently other people wanted a flash light.

Meanwhile, my dad was supposed to be getting a Christmas tree.

He got one just not a normal one, SHOCKER.

It was made out of metal.

I begged him to get a regular tree but he said no.

So Amya let me decorate the Christmas tree with her family.

And her older brother Alex came home, he's 10, goes to boarding school and is really cute.

Anyway, when Carly came back down from the show my dad blindfolded her with his hands in order to show her the tree.

Once he removed his hands Carly saw the tree and put my dad's hands back in front of her eyes.

"HELP ME!" Freddie yelled from upstairs.

So I ran upstairs to help him and saw Sam come out of the studio.

I went in and saw Freddie, in his flashlight suit, on the floor.

"Hello." Freddie said and flapped his hands.

I bent down and helped him up and got him out of the flashlight suit.

I didn't help him with the batteries... they put those in a bad place.

Then we went to help my dad put ornaments on the magnetic tree.

When we got down my dad handed Freddie a hammer.

"Here help me put a hammer on the magnetic Christmas tree." My dad told him.

"Yeah nothing funner than that." Freddie said.

Then Mrs. Benson came through the door.

"FREDDIE put that down, you know I don't like you handling tools." Mrs. Benson said and put the hammer down on the table.

"Now if someone wants to go to the mall to sit on someone's lap and tell someone what he wants for Christmas then someone better hurry up." Mrs. Benson said and Sam and I started laughing.

Even I don't go and sit on Santa's lap, it's just creepy.

"Is little Freddie going to see Santy Claus?" Sam mocked in a baby voice.

"MOM!" Freddie yelled embarrassed.

"Hurry up." He whispered and rushed his mom out the door.

"I tried to keep it vague." Mrs. Benson said.

"It didn't work." Freddie said and they left.

Later that night at like three in the morning I heard the smoke alarm go off.

I ran out of my room and Carly ran out of hers.

We both ran down stairs and my dad's tree was up in flames and he was holding a fire extinguisher trying to put out the flames.

"PUT IT OUT PUT IT OUT!" Carly yelled.

"I'm trying!" My dad yelled back.

"What do I do?" Carly asked.
