Kait's POV

After jaden suggest we go swimming I walked up the stairs, slowly, to my bedroom.

I walked over to my closet and pushed all of my hoodies over to see my bathing suits. I found a plain white two piece that the top was off the shoulder. The bottoms were tied at the side.

I put this one on and go to my bathroom. I take a look in the mirror and just stay there. Although I knew jaden was waiting for me, I just stood there. I kept looking at my stomach. Looking at how I just wanted to loose 5 more pounds...maybe even more. I've always been insecure. I just don't show it or say it. Not even bryce knows...or macey.

After a few more minutes I heard footsteps come over to my bedroom door.

"Hey kait?" I heard Jaden's voice ask, sounding worried like. I quickly snapped out of it and walked out my bathroom. I grabbed my tanning lotion and walked to my door, opening it. I look up to see jaden with a wide smile on his face, looking me up and down. I giggle a little and walk up to him. I give him a hug as he wraps his arms around my waist.

"Your hair smells good" he laughs. I laugh too and back away a few steps.

"What!? It does" he says, defending himself. I laugh again but harder.

"Okay come on! I WANNA GO SWIMMING!!" i yell as I run down the stairs. I run to the kitchen and out the sliding door. I run over to the pool and jump in, making a huge splash. I come up and rub the water out of my view. I look to see jaden coming out of the house while laughing. I swim over to the ladder and climb out. I run over to jaden and stop about 1 foot in front of him.

"Don't you dare or you'll regret it later tonight" he warns me. I run to him in a hug and get him soaking wet. He picks me up and throws me into the pool. I swim up to the top, gasping for air as I see him laughing his ass off.

"It's not funny" I pout as I get up out of the water. He bends down and puts his hand out for me and helps me up.

"Okay, okay I'm sorry" he tells me. I laugh and walk over to the lawn chair. He jumps into the pool and swims over to the other side. I lay down on my stomach and close my eyes. It was around 4 pm so the sun was still up to where I could at least get a little tan. I was laying there till I felt a hand on my lower back. I got chills up my spine, though I already knew it was jaden. I felt him run his hand down my leg. It was quiet till I finally spoke up.

"Can you put my lotion on?" I ask him as I hear a chuckle exit his mouth

"Sure" he tells me. I turn around to where I'm on my back and see him grab the tanning lotion. He opens the cap and squirts some into his hand. He looks at me and puts his hand on my leg, rubbing up and down. I giggle and cover my stomach, knowing he would put his hand there to run the lotion on. He quickly notices and shake his head.

"I told you, you don't need to cover up for me. I'll love the way you are no matter what" he tells me. I nod and look down until he puts his finger under my chin. He lifts my head up and kisses me. I don't kiss back as I was shocked so he gave me a confused look.

"Sorry I just wasn't expecting it" I giggle.

"I just want you to know that you don't have to cover up for me. At all" he told me. I felt warm with him saying those words to me. I slowly put down my arms and let the dangle off of the chair. I closed my eyes, feeling the hands of the boy I lov- wait what? No I can't love him....so um yeah back to the story, I closed my eyes, feeling the hands of the boy I liked against my skin. I felt as ease with his skin touching mine. No matter what.

I soon felt him tap my arm, making me instantly open my eyes. He laughs at me as I lift my body up trying to catch me breath.
