Chapter 37

It's been 2 weeks already and Kayden hasn't talked to me yet! They're busy with their promotions and we are already free from our schedules. PD-nim gave us a vacation for a month. Which we are excited about because we're finally coming home!

But how come Keon, Jake, Justin oppa can call my friends and Kayden can't? Did I do something wrong? Let me think. Hmmmm. I can't even think anything! I sighed.

"Unnie, you good? Have you packed your things?" Yewon asked. I nodded.

"I didn't pack too much. I'll be leaving for a week only Yewon-ah and then we'll prepare with our vacation." I said and sighed.

"Are you okay?" She asked and sat beside me. I shook my head.

"Well, Kayden hasn't been calling me for 2 weeks now. I miss him so bad."

"Mwo? Maybe he's busy unnie. They're worldwide superstars you know." She said and chuckled.

"But how come Jake oppa can call you Yewon-ah?" I said. Sadness is evident in my voice.

"Well, he makes sure he can call unnie." She said and smiled. "Did you do something wrong to him?" She asked.

"Ani. I didn't." I think about our last meeting. Then it popped me.

"Ah!" I exclaimed. She looked at me confused.

"What is it unnie?"

"I... I denied our relationship in front of everybody during last time's dinner! Ah! Now I feel bad." I said and sighed.

"Ah! Ne. I remember that. Why did you do that unnie? You may hurt Kayden oppa's feeling." She said. I sighed.

"I was just scared Yewon-ah. I am also shy." I confessed. 

"Kayden oppa deserves to be recognized as part of you unnie. He'll definitely get hurt by your actions. Of course he also wants us to know that you two are together." She explained. I sighed.

"I guess I should." I said.

"If you're afraid that PD-nim won't agree then you're wrong unnie. Remember what he said? He said he'll support us." She said and smiled. "Now cheer up! Stop frowning arrasseo?"

I hugged Yewon. She hugged me back.

"Thank you Yewon-ah." I whispered.

"You are always welcome unnie." I let go of the hug and decided to go to the building to see Keon.

When I arrived, I was greeted by the staffs. I greet back and smiled at them.

I went to their practice room but there's no sign of him. I also went to the conference room. And there I saw Heesh and Eros oppa.

"Era-ssi! What brings you here?" Heesh oppa asked.

"Did you see Kayden oppa? It's just urgent." I said.

"He's in the artist lounge!" Eros replied. I nodded and smiled.

"Gomawoyo oppa." I said and leave.

I arrived at the artist lounge and noticed that Kayden's talking to someone.

"You're together now?" It's a voice from a girl.

"Yeah." Kayden replied. I peek inside and saw Therese. She's here again?

"Nice. I thought you never like her."

"I love her." Kayden replied.

"Well, I thought you like me?"

"Therese, you're pretty and kind, yes. But you don't deserve a guy like me, and besides, I have Era now. I love her more that anything." I heard Kayden said. But Therese cried.

"Break up with her the. I can love you more!" My eyes widened. Is she that desperate?

"I'm sorry Therese. But this talk is done. I'll be going now." Kayden said and then he stood up. But before he could leave Therese pulled him  and kissed him. My eyes widened.

Kayden meet my gaze and was shocked to see me. He immediately let go of Therese and went to me.

"R-rari." I looked at him coldly. I sighed and looked away. Trying to hold back my tears. I walked out and run.

I run as fast as I could until I reach the main door of the building. I continued running and stopped in the street.

I heard a beeping sound and wasn't able to move in the middle of the road. I looked at the car that is approaching me. Am I dying?

Am I dying?

"Miss Era!" I heard the staffs called. Before a car could hit me, someone was hugging me and grabbed me.

"What the hell are you doing?!" I heard Kayden's voice, he's now shouting. I started crying.

"Miss Era! Are you okay?" One of the staffs called me. I just nodded and before I could answer, darkness greeted me.
