- Cecelia POV -
I hate the new girl. she's okay I guess, but ever since she's came Sarah's always been too busy too hangout. she is probably at that Audrey's place right now. I haven't been hanging out with Marissa lately because 1, I think she is kind of rude to Sarah. 2, I heard her talking about me behind my back the other day. I've been hanging out with josh lately, I think it makes Sarah upset because she hangs out with him a lot. she is probably in love with him. she deserves it anyway, ever since Audrey has been around I've been thrown in the dust. forgotten.
josh blushes when he's around me. he isn't really my type, but he's funny and all. I like his eyes. they look like the ocean. his hair is a dirty blonde, and his smile is as bright as the sun. my mom doesn't let me have boys over, so his little sister said we were hanging out, and she brought him with us. we got her ice cream, just so she'd leave us alone. we talked for hours, and got bubble tea and lemonade. I really think he likes me, but I just want to make Sarah jealous. she does it to me, why shouldn't I to her?
- Sarah POV -
Cecelia has been acting weird lately. she must think I'm trying to replace her. It's like I can't have more than 2 bestfriends. It's like she's jealous of Audrey, and me. she's been hanging out with josh lately. I see the way she looks at him. I thought she liked Connor, or that's what she's been saying. 2 can play at that game. Connor, here I come.
I saw Connor at the end of school Friday. he WAS talking to C. I knew C wouldn't ask him out though, so I walked up to them. "hey Connor, how's it going?" "oh, hey. Sarah right?" he looked at me with his dark brown eyes. he looked much like Josh. "wanna hang tomorrow?" I asked, looking at him with my evil smirk. "uh- sure!" he seemed surprised. C stared at me with her eyes wide. "see ya later" I said, waving to the both of them. I saw a glimpse of Cecelia sprinting away with her textbooks. that's what she gets for trying to ruin my friendships, and relationships.
- Cecelia POV -
I was talking to Connor today. he was sweet. I had hoped boys would never come between me and Sarah, but it happened so quickly. I feel bad for starting it, but I'm not going to apologize. she never did. when I was talking to Connor, I saw Sarah walk up. I greeted her with a smile, I even said "hey Sarah!" she just looked at me. she waved, but not like usual. " hey Connor!" she said, something was going to happen and I didn't like it. luckily, he didn't seem to really know her. "hey, Sarah right?" she started talking to him, about how she's seen him hanging out behind the school and stuff. and then, something I never thought I'd hear her ever say, came out of her mouth. " so, how about we hangout tomorrow? maybe get some ice cream? " I died inside. she smirked her evil smirk that I'd never really seen, as he said "sure!" she smirked, waved, and walked away. Connor started talking, but I turned the other way and started sprinting, holding back tears.
