Lily's POV:
I'm still pretty shook from what happened at the quidditch world cup final... still going over why that death eater wanted to... kill me. Why? Did I do something... It terrifies me still... what if there still looking for me?! Did all those people die because the death eaters were looking for me?
Its horrible because I have no clue.
I'm sitting at the window seat of the Hogwarts express, my knees up and my elbows leaning on them, Tooni and Hermione are sitting beside me, not really talking.
"Hey... Are you okay?" Hermione asks, her voice concerned. I sigh and turn myself around, I rub my eyes... I barley slept last night.
"Yeah... I'll be okay, just trying to process things i guess." I haven't seen Cedric since that morning... I don't really know what happened to me, but it did.
I don't really know what came over me, I just... kissed him. I honestly though he was dead that morning... I don't know if I could have ever lived with myself if he did.
A girl looks into our compartment, she looks way too familiar.
"Do you mind? Everywhere else is full." She looks at me... her eyes are gorgeous, as is she, I cant take my eyes off her. Shut up Lily don't stare.
"Yeah of course not" I smile sheepishly at her.
"Lily?" She looks at me... like she remembers me.
"Oh my god Julia hey!" I walk up to her and hug her. Tooni Hermione and Ginny exchange confused looks.
"You look so different I-" I begin.
"So do you" She smiles at me.
"Ehem" I hear from behind me, and I jump to realisation.
"Oh right!" I say. "This is Julia, we went to muggle school together." She sat next to me.
"So why are you here? I didn't know you were a witch?" I say curiously.
She leans back against the wall.
"Well since I accidently set my little sister on fire when I was mad, I thought maybe I wasn't normal." She says sarcastically with a grin. I giggle in agreement.
"H-hi I'm Ginny" Ginny looks at her and Julia smiles and sticks out her hand.
"I'm Julia... nice to meet you" Ginny takes her hand and they stare at each other for a few moments. I laugh. I had a huge crush on Julia a few years ago, I don't know if she liked me...I mean we were just kids.
We talk for the rest of the journey... kind of takes my mind off things." I can't believe how much I missed talking to her.

We finally arrive at Hogwarts in the early evening, I step out of the compartment and we begin to walk towards the castle. Its the same as every year... except, its not...
I hear Hagrid yelling out for the first years, it makes me smile, remembering my first time at Hogwarts, he smiles at me... towering meters above me.
The hall is beautifully lit... just like it used to... I missed this, this is my home
Julia still needs to be sorted into her house, I hope she's in Gryfindoor...
Nevertheless I'm still extremely excited for the Triwizard tournament... Hogwarts is hosting it this year, I would have considered entering however I don't think I'm old enough to compete anyway...
I take a seat in the great hall, Julia looks really nervous.
"Hey," I whisper to her. "Don't worry, you'll be fine" We smile at each other as she walks up to the sorting hat.
Dumbledore stands up and Introduces her...
"Everyone listen up!" He yells across the tremendous size of the hall. "We have a new student joining us!" He gestures towards Julia. Her eyes glisten in the light of the candles, corny I know. All the boys exchange glances and I roll my eyes. Ginny looks pretty annoyed as well... I can see she's crossing her fingers underneath the table.
She takes a seat and the sorting hat is placed of her poofy head of hair. The sorting hat hesitates for a moment before yelling out;
"HUFFELPUFF!" We all stand up and cheer as she makes her way over to the Hufflepuff table. I wink at her from the other end of the hall as she takes her seat next to Poppy Hurley and Yasmin Jones. They are both really nice, I hope she'll make friends with them.
I turn to face the other way, and I can see the disappointment in Ginny's eyes.
"Hey... it will be okay" I give her a reassuring look and a smile.
"I have two more announcements" Dumbledore yells over the noise, which quietens us down. The first one, our new defence against the dark arts teacher, Professor moody. He takes a gulp from some kind of flask... wow, heavy drinker.
He takes a seat at the the head table after performing a spell to fix the illusion of the roof... I don't really get it. Didn't Dumbledore have another announcement?
"Wait!" He begins... "We have another new student"... a brown haired boy walks out of the back. "Harry Potter!"
Everyone looks at me and murmurs spread across the room. I stand up, my legs feel like jelly and our eyes meet from across the room.
I haven't seen that face in 10 years. My eyes start filling with tears.
"Harry?"
"Lily..." We run at each other from across the hall and He hugged me like he never wanted to let go. He's home... my brothers home. We cry in each others arms, he looks so different... ten years its been, ten years.
Everyone stands up and cheers... something that's been so broken for all these years inside of me, it feels like it will be okay again.

I spend the rest of the evening in the astronomy tower talking to harry. He told me awful things about how the Dursleys would beat him... it made me feel awful.
He explained how he had been doing unusual things for years but the Dursleys finally gave in and sent him here because they didn't know what else to do with him.
"I missed you so much you have no idea..." I look at him and my eyes begin to water again.
"I know... me too" He whispers and I lean my head in his shoulder..
