Atsumu 1:43 am: Omi! I can't sleep.Omi-Kun 1:45 am: I can. Go to sleep or your immune system will get weak.
Atsumu pouted and flipped his phone onto his chest, he knew that would be a reach with it being so late but he couldn't think of any other way to get a convo started and to nobodies surprise it didn't work at all, He tried to keep his eyes open, wanting to send Sakusa more stupid messages to wake up to, he really tried. But he was so comfortable. Soon, that was all that he was aware of The soft mattress underneath, the warmth of the sheets. His eyes began to drift closed. Blissfully unaware of what was going on around. Then it was just him and his dreams. The warmth of an imaginary hand in his, the gentle sound of him laying his head on the dream persons chest, relaxing and peaceful.
Omi 2:13 am: You've infected me with not being able to sleep.
The ding of his phone, forgetting to turn it on silent for the night with how tired he was, woke him from his dream, the bliss of being snug and peaceful was ripped away with the chime of his phone, he groaned and rolled to his side picking up his phone. The screen was illuminated his puffy cheeks and drowsy eyes, suddenly the dread of being woken by his phone wasn't so bad when he saw the contact name on his screen.
Atsumu 2:19 am: Good morning I guess Omi.
Omi 2:19 am: Sakusa.
Atsumu 2:19 am: Yah yah anyways, Omi, wanna do something?
Omi 2:22 am: Sakusa. It's 2am, Miya. What could you possibly want to do right now?
Atsumu 2:23 am: Meet me, Sorumeito Park, I'll dress warm I promise!
Omi 2:23 am: We could get sick, it's cold. Plus do you know how many germs public parks can carry?
Atsumu 2:24 am: I'll bring blankets, we can sit outside the park wherever you'd like Omi, pleeeeaasssee.
Omi 2:28 am: Fine, okay, I'll meet you there.
Atsumu grabbed a bus just in time, it was empty as expected, not many people are up and using public transit at 3am as you might assume. There was a light coat of snow twinkling under the street lights that lined the streets, Atsumus eyes fought to stay open, jerking his head up every few seconds so the haze of sleep would fade. The bus halted to a stop after what felt like forever, the ride wasn't long but the anticipation of going to see Sakusa again made him smile like an idiot,an infectious happiness that could quickly make the whole room change. Atsumu hopped off the bus scanning a spot under a tree, the branches filled with crystals of ice that looked like tiny fairy lights twinkling in the winters haze. He laid a blanket out to cover the cold ground and anything that may bother Sakusa.
"Omi-Kun! Hey." Atsumu watched as a dark figure made its way to the tree, disregarding his mask as he walked up. His cheeks dusted pink from the cold.
"Sakusa. Hi, Miya." Sakusa looked over to the blanket on the ground smiling softly against the moons light shining down on his face.
"No no! Just Atsumu, Miya makes it feel like you mean my brother." Atsumu rubbed the back of his neck with the palm of his hand with a little chuckle and nod, he hopped over and extended his arms like a pathway to the blanket. "Omi! I put this down so the germs wouldn't get ya' or anything! And we can look at the stars together? It's not really the most fun but the stars ar-" Atsumu was cut off as a hand was placed on his shoulder. The blonde looked up meeting the russet eyes covered with lose strands of hair.
"Thank you, Atsumu." The raven haired male smiled and sat down with a huff, he admired the troubles Atsumu went through, it wasn't the most ideal late night but it was perfect in its own little way.
"Omi..."
