Where We'll Meet Again

Ground Zero

"[Y/N]", Ukyo called [Y/N]. [Y/N] turned around to face Ukyo, "What is it?" she asked. Ukyo furrowed his eyebrows, "You're hiding something... Aren't you?" he asked. [Y/N] stared at him before shooting her head, "I'm not hiding anything?" she tilted her head, raising one eyebrow. "You've been acting strange- First, you weren't eating regularly, which explains why you lose weight. Second- you've grown frail. In fact, you're acting weird", Ukyo crossed his arms. "I'm quite fascinated by you Ukyo-san. You've noticed some little details about me recently. But like I said- I'm not hiding anything-", [Y/N] averted her glance. Ukyo stomped towards her and grabbed her shoulders, "You are hiding something", he let go of his grip. "If you're feeling unwell you can always tell me", he worriedly indicated. [Y/N] sighed, "Ukyo-san-" [Y/N] hesitated. "You're just thinking things- I'm pretty sure these are just the results for getting shot in the arm", [Y/N] shrugged her shoulders, "I should be helping, aren't I?" [Y/N] turned around and went up to everyone and helping them. Ukyo doubted her words.

"Oh! Looks like Xeno and Hyoga can ride together!" Taiju indicated. "That's the riskiest badest pairing of all", Chrome coughed. "Not a problem. Don't sweat the details, especially since we were on a tight schedule", Senku chuckled.  Everyone began to ride one by one on their transportation. [Y/N] glanced at Ukyo who was basically talking to Senku, "[Y/N], you should get going", Tsukasa indicated, "Ah- yes...." [Y/N] let out a little sigh and continued her way to Tsukasa. As she sat behind Dr. Xeno, their transportation made its way up the mountain without any problems. As [Y/N] and Xeno set foot on the top of the mountain, Suika, Luna, and Carlos were up next. Unexpectedly Suika slipped off at the middle of the cliff and Kohaku hastily caught up to grab her. [Y/N] who was looking behind everyone wondered what happened. "That was nearly aaad-bay!" Gen stuttered. "But as always- Kohaku shows up and saves the day", Chrome sighed, "It was totally an accident, but now at this moment- at the top end of the roadway, there's no one who could fight back if need be", Chrome thought as he was looking at Kohaku struggling to get back up. "If he wanted to- Hyoga could betray us at no risk to himself", Kohaku thought, "I can't fight while I'm holding Suika, and even I wouldn't survive a fall into this chasm", she glared at Hyoga. To their surprise, Hyoga gave a helping hand to Kohaku, and they let out a huge sigh. "Good boy Hyoga! Consider me a Hyoga fan!!" Chelsea patted Hyoga's back. "That was a close call..." [Y/N] thought. "That friendship web was all split into chunks!" Chelsea smiled, "but you all sure do get along for a buncha former enemies! How funsies!"

"True. We've already been through so much", Taiju indicated "The origin of this mess isn't far now, and our kingdom of science is united as one team".  Everyone resumed their adventure to the rainforest. "Finally! Our chance to leave them in our tracks!" Chrome seemed flabbergasted. "The Amazonian Rainforest! We made it!" Everyone felt delighted to see the Amazonian rainforest. "This is our win!"

"Now that we snuck into the Amazonian. We've got nothing to fear from Stanley's fighter plane!" Ryusui chuckled. [Y/N] sighed, "I feel uneasy..." she thought as she could sense something unexpected to happen. "Isn't this funsies, [Y/N]?" Chelsea asked. [Y/N] looked at Chelsea who was sitting in front of her, "I-It is", [Y/N] replied as she was staring at Ukyo in front of their bike. "Hm?" Chelsea glanced at the front, "Oh!" she flicked her finger. "You have a crush on Ukyo, don't ya?" She asked winking. [Y/N] suddenly snapped out of thinking, "N-No. I don't" she was flustered. "Hm- of course! A secret admirer". she bluntly indicated. "You're wrong. He's my friend", [Y/N] replied stuttering. "I was only looking at the far distance on his side", she awkwardly chuckled. "I heard your conversation earlier. Didn't mean to eavesdrop, but I really think he's worried for you- Like really really", her head faced in front. "I know..." [Y/N] replied, "Am I being too greedy?" she chuckled. "Oh no, you're not. You're basically being you", she turned back at her, "But maybe- sometimes... You should really appreciate people like them", Chelsea smiled tilting her head to the side slightly. [Y/N] was speechless.
