Trusting a Friend

Time has passed since the Pursuing team had left the ship. An unknown girl came out of nowhere and was considered one of the scientist's, Xeno's, apprentice. The girl introduced herself as Luna. She eventually came to the thought of searching who the scientist was on the other team.

Senku approached Luna with a flirtatious yet gentle introduction. Luna was captivated by Senku's voice. She was flustered indeed, but her purpose was to reveal to Stanley their scientist. She searched for the guy named Taiju. And for some time, someone called in Taiju's name. Luna instantly looked over to where this guy name Taiju was.

A buffed man carrying logs and yelling loudly came stomping on the board. Luna was speechless, yet she kept a straight face. Now that she figured out who Taiju was, all that she needed to do was to point at Taiju and the mission to execute their scientist was clear.

Yet she needed more time to think it through. Night came and everyone gathered to figure out a new invention that they created. Francois was holding an ice cream and handed it to Luna. 

Luna was speechless yet accepted the offer. "A job well done. To borrow Xeno's word. It's really... Elegant"

Senku' eyes widened as he heard such words. He then proceeded to ask whether thei Dr. Xeno was a former Nasa scientist or not. Luna flinched and asked him how he knew. Senku chuckeld in reply. 

"When I started making rockets, Dr. Xeno was my science mentor"

Suddenly after some time Taiju went up to Senku who was near Luna. The capable girl took this as an advantage. Yet her hands weren't pointing properly. Shaken by the thought of not being capable enough, she eventually pointed at herself which made Stanley tilt his head in disbelief.

Xeno then halted Stanley and told him that Dr. Taiju was just a decoy. The true enemy's leader is a scientist by the name of Senku Ishigami. 

Ryusui noticed it beforehand and had everyone alarmed that a sharpshooter was near. Stanley, the sharpshooter was waiting for Xeno to give him an exact height of Senku Ishigami. Stanley saw Luna staring at him. 

"No. Don't look here"

Stanley shifted his aim to one guy who seemed to have seen Luna staring at a distance.

Senku instantly turned to face Stanley pointing his sniper at him. Stanley immediately knew it was him. Senku was able  to dodge a bullet in an instant and ran towards a storage room on the ship. 

Taking a potato starch and a liquid and mixing it rapidly. He then wrapped his arms around the sack of potato starch and had the bullets coming. Shot multiple times on the body Senku spat blood and had everyone running towards him.

"Is Xeno busy? I actually wanted to ask him some questions", [Y/N] asked. "He's not someone you can just approach immediately", a member of Xeno came up to [Y/N] to hand her a tray of fruits.

"Just tell him, I wanted to meet him.."

The member left the room and [Y/N] proceeded to wait. She looked over at the food and thought twice before eating it. 

"It might be poisoned"

She laid the tray beside the bed and dared not to touch it. Without realizing, she fell asleep. She then, woke up from the sudden sound of someone whispering.

"Who's talking?"

She sat up and saw Xeno standing in front of her. She almost let out a shocking scream, but had soar throat.
