Guys first and foremost, I am really sorry for the late update. Also, the truth is I am not an Indian so I don't really understand hindi that much but I love Kundali bhagya and our beautiful Preeran. I have been going through writer's block recently so my stories might be a bit backwass. Please bear with me and I love all my readers a lot. You guys keep me going. Please vote and comment. Without votes and comments I will not know if you like the story or not  . Okay enough complaining let me get to the story sorry I talk too much. Love y'all I  hope you enjoy the story. Karan and Sammy were still searching for Preeta . A thousand thoughts were running through Karan's mind . He did not know whether or not to believe Mahira/Deepika's accusations. He did  not want to make the same mistake he  made earlier by not trusting Preeta with Sherlyn's case. He also did not understand why Deepika will lie about Preeta. The two searched everywhere for Preeta . All the possible places she could be where searched. They gave up and decided to leave it to the police.

Weeks passed and Preeta had still not been found. Karan was becoming more and more restless and depressed. He spent the whole day looking for Preeta, thus he came home late in the night. Akshara had been given to Sarla to care for in Preeta's absence. Kareena and Mahira had succeeded in manipulating some of the Luthras specifically dadi. Also, Mahesh was getting better. He had woken up but couldn't talk and was condemned to a wheelchair.

Meanwhile Preeta and Deepika were still in captivity. They tried several times to escape but unfortunately were caught each time by the goons. But their chance to escape was on its way. The two of  them had been kept there a long time. This gave them  a chance to monitor their environment and make an escape plan. They were allowed to visit the washroom twice a day. They made a plan to escape in the evening since it would be dark and easier. Since it had been a long time since they tried to escape , the goons did not keep a close eye on them .

Their chance came one evening. They had been taken to the washroom, but this time Preeta and Deepika attacked the goons. The desire to return to Karan and her baby motivated her to fight with all her might. They succeeded and started running. They had been kept in the Luthra outhouse which was far away from the Luthra mansion. Preeta's phone had run down so she could not call anyone for help. Both of them were feeling very tired due to lack of good food. They just kept running.

Meanwhile,the goon had returned and informed Mahira . She set out with other goons to find Preeta and Deepika and end their chapter for good. Preeta and Deepika had almost reached the mansion but Mahira caught up to them . She chased them away from the Luthra house to the middle of the road. But Deepika sacrificed herself and decided to stall Mahira. She begged Preeta to run away and find help , Preeta refused since it would be selfish. But Deepika convinced her to go for the sake of her child. Deepu was caught while Preeta kept running on the road. Mahira left Deepika to the goons and personally went to hunt Preeta down. Preeta kept running but she was hit by a car. Mahira saw her in a pool of blood and thought her job was done.

A young man about a little older than Preeta got down and carried her to the hospital panicking. The Luthras  were sitting down in the hall when they received a call.

At the hospital.
Preeta had been admitted in the intensive care unit. The guy was revealed to be Shiv. After sometime the doctor came out and met him.

" Are you the one who brought her here"?the doctor asked. " Yes" , shiv answered. " I am afraid due to the accident she developed a head injury, this has cause to develop amnesia. She also seems to be traumatized".

Shiv: what!!! Doctor so what should we do to help her.

Doctor: I suggest you take her to new environment. Please don't stress her to. I will discharge her very soon.

Shiv: ok doctor.

Shiv's POV.
Preeta's condition is very serious. But she doesn't remember anything. Maybe I should tell Karan.

"Maybe you shouldn't"

Shiv: who are you?

" It doesn't matter, but I know you are in love with her . I will give you an idea, since she doesn't remember anything. Besides Karan couldn't protect her, but I am sure you can. Listen to your heart . Don't make a mistake you will regret. You have a chance to live a life with her. You sacrificed your happiness once.".

Shiv: okay I will take her to the Goa. Thanks for the advice. May I know your name?

"It's not important, hurry the Luthras are coming , don't worry I will handle everything. Finish the formalities and leave immediately. "

The Luthras received a call from the police. They were informed about Preeta probably being dead. Karan immediately gets angry and leaves to his room.

Karan's POV
Babydoll, where are you,? My life is meaningless without you. I know you are alive and well. I won't stop looking for you. I will wait for the day you come back to me . I will live with your memories. I don't believe what Deepika said or what the police said either. I can feel your heartbeat. I love you.

Meanwhile  Shiv had taken Preeta away . The mystery person bribed the hospital officials and helped Shiv relocate from Mumbai to Goa.

Shiv: Preeta ?

Preeta: haan.

Shiv: it's time to go. Don't worry okay. I am going to  make the arrangements.

Preeta: ok

Preeta's POV
Why do I feel uneasy. I don't remember anything but I am supposed to trust this guy  . He saved my life. But why do I feel like someone is waiting for me. No how is that possible.

Shiv and Preeta leave for Goa.

Precap: Five years later , Preeta is an established and renowned doctor. Karan loses interest in living life. Mahira makes a place in Luthra family as Deepika.
