Preeran ff: Is it all over?

Karan and Sonia

After the hotel incident, Karan and Akshara were very happy. They entered the Luthra mansion with smiles beaming on their faces. They were shocked and wondering what had happened to make the father daughter duo so happy. Rakhi and dadi kept on asking them what had happened to make them so happy. Karan simply shrugged and went to his room.

In his bedroom, Karan  called a friend and asked him to trace the  car number and find out the location.

Karan: hi dude.

Rohan: yh man, what's up.

Karan: I am sending you a number via WhatsApp. Can you give me the location ASAP.

Rohan: sure ,  I will call you after an hour.

Karan: thanks man.

After an hour or so, Rohan called Karan and gave him the location he needed.

Karan's POV.

Now wait and watch babydoll, how I bring you back into our lives. I don't know what happened to you but I know that whatever happened is not your fault. I will unite our family and make everything alright again.

Karan goes to Mahesh's room to seek his blessings.

Dad,  I am going on a mission to  bring back your daughter, please bless me.

Immediately, Mahesh started showing movements, but  Karan did not notice. He left the room to go find his love.

Preeta's apartment .

Preeta was still feeling restless. She tried to go to sleep many times but failed. The name Karan Luthra kept on ringing in her head. She started getting flashes of her past but those were unclear. There were many questions in her mind. She desperately wanted to find out about her past. But she didn't know where to start. She did not understand why she felt a connection with Akshara the moment she saw her or why the girl called her maa. She took some sleeping pills.

Meanwhile, Karan was  on his way to the apartment. He was excited, nervous and confused all together . He did not know why Preeta stayed away from him for all those years. He wanted to ask so many questions.

When he reached the house, he asked the security guard for the room of anyone called Preeta. The security guard told him that there was no one registered under that name. Without listening to him, Karan entered the building moving from floor to looking for Preeta. He finally came to a room that  was open.

He entered and saw a beautiful young woman sleeping so peacefully on the bed. Her hair was blowing on her face preventing him from seeing her. Karan moved to the woman and tucked her hair behind her ear.
He was shocked to see Preeta on the bed.
All of a sudden, he felt a wave of emotions sweeping through him. He felt happy, he felt sukoon , like his life's meaning had returned. He kept on staring at Preeta but she didn't wake up or realize someone's prescence because the sleeping pills were very strong.

Karan kept staring and admiring his wife until he heard the voice of a scared, angry woman. It was Sonia who had returned ever since the security guard had informed him of a mad man barging in the building .

Sonia: hey, mister what are you doing here? And who are you?

Karan did not respond as he was lost in Preeta's eyes. Sonia got angry and turned Karan towards her, she was shocked to see that the intruder was none other than the Karan Luthra. She squealed and hugged Karan which brought him to reality.

Sonia : oh my god , the Karan Luthra, I am a big fan of yours. Can I have a selfie and as n autograph?

Karan; sure

After taking the selfie,  Sonia asked Karan what he was doing in their apartment.
Karan told her everything about Preeta.

Sonia : no I don't believe this, you are lying. This can't be true.

Karan: please believe, she is my wife and I want to take her home. Look at these pictures of our wedding, her pregnancy, our daughter and our lives together

Sonia : I am afraid you can't take her home.

Karan: what!! Why? What happened?

Sonia told Karan everything about Preeta not remembering her past.

Karan: what, how is this possible? No, no

Sonia : haan, Karan. She has been my friend for the past five years. Besides, why should I believe you.

Karan: please believe me and help me. I can't live without her. Please you are  the only who can help me. I feel like you are hiding something from me.

Sonia: I am sorry, I can't tell you anything at least not today. You meet me tomorrow at Euphoria café. But for now please leave before anyone finds out everything. Don't worry she's in safe hands and I trust you and I will help you. But for now please leave before Preeta sees you, it will not be good for her health .

Karan: okay I trust you. I will leave you alone with her  . Please take care of her. I will leave  now. And one more thing , thank you for trusting me and agreeing to help me. You are a sweetheart.

Karan hugs Sonia and goes to Preeta. He caresses her face and kisses her forehead. Karan tries to leave but realizes that his jacket is stuck to Preeta's bracelet. He bends down snd kisses her cheeks and says...

Karan's POV

See babydoll , even you don't want me  to leave, but I promise things would not be the way they are now. I will come back to take you very soon. I promise you and I love you a lot.

He starts to peck her lips and neck softly.

Sonia : okay Karan we all know you love each other, now leave before Preeta wakes up. Leave bye. We will meet tomorrow.

Karan: okay, I am  leaving, bye.

Luthra house.

Akshara tells Rakhi everything which makes her very happy.

Akshara: but dadi it has to be our secret no one has to find out, promise

Rakhi: haan, promise puttar.

But unfortunately, Mahira heard everything and decided to find out the truth herself.
