Iwaizumi's Pov:

"Boys, wake up!"

I slowly opened my eyes at the noise. I groaned as I realised I had fallen asleep sitting up. Actually, we did. I looked to my side, to see Tooru still leaning on me, still sleeping.

"We are up." I said, hoping that the person on the other side of the door heard.

"Good. I'll make breakfast." Kawila said, as I noticed it was her voice.

I slowly slipped Tooru off me and got up. I stretched and looked over at Tooru. How did we even fall asleep like that?...Oh right, I told him too. 

"Tooru, wake up." I said, shaking him lightly.

"Hmm?" He groaned, his eyes opening.

"I need to leave." I said.

"Why? You don't want to spend your day with your best friend?" He asked, pouting.

I suddenly remembered how Mattsun asked me to bring Tooru along today.

"Actually, yeah but we are going to go hangout with my two other best friends." I said.

"I don't want to interrupt you guys." Tooru mumbled, hiding under the blanket.

"Shittykawa, my friend invited you." I said, pulling the blanket down.

He was smiling in surprise and I chuckled.

"Come on, let's go have breakfast." I said, before leaving the room.

Tooru followed behind me, skipping happily. When we got downstairs, Kawila had just finished making breakfast. We ate the pancakes in a comfortable silence, except for when I encouraged Tooru to eat more. 

After we were done, We sat in the living room for a bit before I decided to go home and get ready for the afternoon.

"Iwa, should I pick you up?" Tooru asked, as I put my shoes on.

"No, I'll pick you up." I said.

"But you don't drive a car Iwa-chan!" Tooru said, laughing.

"But I drove something else." I informed, smirking at him."Be ready at 1:00pm, ok?"

"Of course! Bye Iwa!" He said, waving at me as I walked out.

I waved back without turning around, and started the short journey home.

After a short ten minutes, I got home and was welcomed by my mum. She was sitting in the living room, do I decided to sit with her for a while.

"Kawila called and told me yours and Toorus plans for the break. You excited?" She asked.

"Yeah, I actually am. I get to go see a different place and have some fun." I said.

"I'm really happy that you and Tooru have become such great friends." She admitted.

"Yeah, I'm happy about it too. Tooru is a good friend." I said, smiling.

"Yeah, he's a good person. So, what are you going to do today?" She asked.

"I'm going to hangout with Makki, Mattsun and Tooru." I said.

"Nice. What are you guys going to do?" She asked.

"We are going to the yearly festival that they have in town." I said, watching as her face light up with excitement.

"I used to go every year with Kawila. It's so much fun. I hope you have a good time. I have to go do some work, come see me before you leave." She said, before getting up and leaving into the office.

I hummed in agreement and went upstairs. I went into my bedroom and laid on my bed for a while.  I for some reason started to think about Tooru. It has been happening quick often. I don't know why, I just feel connected to him. I guess it's because we are best friends. Yeah, best friends...Why do I not feel satisfied with that answer? Ugh.

I groaned and got up, deciding to get dressed properly. I put on some black ripped jeans, a grey hoodie and a black, leather jacket over it. I picked out some black sneakers with it. 

I decided to sit in bed and scroll through my phone since it was still only 12pm. I looked over at my desk and saw the keys to my motorcycle. I hope Tooru doesn't mind riding on a motorcycle. 

Oikawa's Pov: 

I was busily deciding on what to wear when my mum came into my room to check up on me. She sat on my bed, watching as I looked through my wardrobe. 

"Why are you going through your wardrobe so wildly?" She asked. 

"I'm going to hangout with Hajime and two o f his friends at the yearly festival in the middle of town. Its been a while since I've gone out. Hell, it's been a while since I've had friends." I said, remembering my old friends. 

"Yeah. I'm glad you are making friends and settling in. Have you been talking to Suga and Kageyama lately?" My mum asked. 

"Yeah. They say everything is ok but keep saying it's boring without me." I said, laughing. 

"Well, atleast you get to see them soon during that week holiday. Have you told them about it?" She asked, looking at the clothes I threw on the bed. 

"Nope, I'm going to surprise them!" I said, looking over the chosen outfit. 

"That will be fun. Well, I'll leave you alone to get ready." She said, before getting up. 

"Hey mum?" I asked. 

"Yes?" She said, looking back. 

"Thanks for everything you've done for me. You are one of the few people I still have by my side." I said, smiling genuinely. 

"Your welcome Tooru, it's brilliant having you back home." She said, her eyes tearing up and a big smile on her face. 

She opened the door and stepped out, leaving me to change. I got into  my outfit in a blink of an eye. I chose some dark, blue jeans and a light, blue and white sweater. I put some white sneakers on and went into the bathroom to brush my hair. I then brushed my teeth and walked back into my bedroom. It was still 12:40pm, so I had time to print out and stick my new quotes to my wall and a few alien posters I had purchased the day before. 

By the time I was done, it was already 1:30pm. I grabbed my phone and wallet and went downstairs, putting both things into my pockets. I decided to go to my mum's office to wait until Iwaizumi arrived. 

"Hey mum, are you working right now?" I said, opening the door a tiny bit. 

"No, I just finished my meeting. Come in dear." She said, over the quietly sounds of the computer. 

I walked in and front on the chair opposite hers at the desk. 

"You look nice." She said, taking a sip of her drink. 

"Yeah! I don't look too bad." I said. 

"Is Hajime picking you up or are you?" She asked. 

"He's picking me up which is weird since he doesn't drive a car." I said, thinking of alternatives. 

"Ah, I see he didn't tell you how he gets around. Well, I'll leave you to find out." My mum said, chuckling. 

"I'm excited and scared." I mumbled. 

Right as I said that, Cewila came in to say that Iwaizumi had arrived. I thanked her and got up. 

"Bye mum, I'll see you later." I said. 

"Bye, have a fun time!" She said, as I closed the door behind me. 

I walked to the front door and said bye to Cewila as she closed the door behind me. As I started to walk towards the gate, I widened my eyes as I realised what was in front of me. You must be kidding me.
