Four

Tubbo and Ryleigh woke up side by side on the bed to an incessant buzzing noise. She stirred slightly and answered the phone that was annoyingly buzzing. Ryleigh pressed the green answer button and set it in the pillow to face the ceiling.

"Hello?!" Tommy screamed making Ryleigh fall to the ground and Tubbo jolt awake in a panicked frenzy. Both were startled tremendously and were now wide awake.

"What?! What the fuck man!" Tubbo yelled to the blonde on the phone.

"Ow." Ryleigh grumbled, rubbing her wrist where she'd landed on it wrong.

"Sorry mate." Tommy apologized. Ryleigh stood and sat on the bed next to Tubbo where he sat rubbing his eyes with a yawn. She picked up the phone and leaned her head on her brother's shoulder.

"What do you want mate, its like 9 in the morning."

"It's actually afternoon, mate, but okay." Tommy laughed. She rolled her eyes and glared at him making him cough and look away. "Yeah so, uh, what are you doing the twelfth Tubbo?"

"Probably nothing, why? Thats in like a few days." Tubbo stated. Tommy laughed nervously before continuing.

"Wanna, uh, wanna meet up?" He asked nervously with a lot of nervous laughter. Ryleigh cocked an eyebrow as Tubbo's face lit up.

"Yeah, sure!" Tubbo said happily. Ryleigh smiled at her brother. "You okay with it, Ry?"

"If Tommy is fine with me hanging out some too?" She asked hesitantly, unsure of his answer as they hadn't the best friendship.

"Sure, i dont mind. Though meeting a woman in person is quite terrifying, Wilbur will think it's quite pog." Tommy said confidently. She rolled her eyes and handed the phone back to Tubbo.

"Are you both clingy?" Tommy asked randomly.

"No, i can go downstairs without having detachment issues." Ryleigh said to which Tubbo scoffed.

"Im not that clingy!" Tubbo yelled. She smiled and nodded.

"Oh no, of course not." She replied. The trio talked for a bit, most of the conversation being held by the two boys. Tubbo got confirmation from his parents for Tommy to come and visit in a few days.

"Hey, were going to the grocery store. Need anything or either want to tag along? If not its just you two." They both disagreed on going. Once they heard the door lock and a car drive off Ryleigh stood up.

"Im making food come with me!" She said with a smile. She grabbed her phone and ran down the stairs. Ryleigh played her playlist and started rummaging through the fridge for something to cook.

the lyrics echoed throughout the kitchen making her smile. She hummed to the song softly, as she decided on eggs and toast for breakfast. Tubbo had the facetime camera pointed towards her. Her brown hair long, due to covid and not being able to get it cut, a wavy mess. A big maroon coloured shirt reaching her mid thighs to reveal her light gray sweatpants. She wore mismatched sock: one white one dark navy blue.

"Tubbo i wanna cut my hair. Like impulsively, like bloop snip it off." She said quickly, turning to face him with a look of seriousness. "I deserve it since my two year long relationship ended yesterday. Oh, Tubbo! Can you hand me my medicine so im not like this annoying little prick all day." He laughed and set Tommy down on the counter before getting her medicine.

"-You're the ground my feet wont reach. So if you're lonely, darling you're glowing. If you're lonely come be lonely with me." She sang softly as the song came to a happy end.

"What are you cooking?" Tommy asked, fake disgust lacing his voice. She yelled the lyrics to another song coming on which drowned out his voice entirely.

"She's about to have burnt eggs!" Tubbo yelled getting her attention.

"Oh, thank you!" She said happily as she plated the eggs with the toast for the both of them. She put the skillet in the sink and hummed the music as she jumped around the island within the kitchen. She had too much energy to handle at this hour. Tubbo just laughed it off as he let her continue for a few more moments.

"Here's your meds. Some tea as well." Tubbo said with a laugh, ending her energetic moment.

"Thank god! i dont want this amount of energy." She said with a smile. Ryleigh took her medicine and ate while conversing with Tubbo and Tommy. All three of them forgetting about Tommy and Ryleigh's hatred for one another for a few moments. That was until insults came rolling in and it was all remembered quite quickly.
