"You look exhausted, Ry, get some sleep." Tommy said quietly into his phone. His room was illuminated by his bedside table lamp. It was around one in the morning now.

"No, i don't want to be alone." Ryleigh said sleepily. Her parents had yet to come back so she was completely alone for the first time in a long time.

"I'll stay on the phone; I won't leave you alone." He spoke, his tone soft and sincere. She simply nodded before allowing her eyes to close and letting sleep engulf her.

Tommy smiled at the girl. He'd felt his stomach bundle with emotions he couldn't quite describe. He'd quite literally never felt this way for anyone before. He's liked people before and has had short lived relationships, but nothing compared to the way she made him feel.

The girl on the phone has had him roped in since day one. She walked in on Tubbo and him facetiming. Though he never saw her face, her voice was enough to give him a feeling of emotion he was so unaware of at his young age.

He now knows that it was a different type of happiness. He still can't pinpoint exactly what that feeling was. All he knew was that it grew and he didn't like that. So he decided to be rude to her and push away the emotions as if they werent real.

Soon enough it was like he never felt them at all and they had a hateful relationship towards one another with some small, nice conversations that made the feelings come back stronger each time.

The day Tommy met up with Tubbo was the day everything changed for him. He saw the girl in person. He heard her voice in person and not through an electronic box. His feelings resurfaced and crashed over him like a tidal wave.

He was overwhelmed by it but he couldn't get rid of it. Not only that, but he didnt want to get rid of it. He enjoyed how his stomach bubbled when she was around.

Although she made him nervous, the look in her blue eyes made it worth it. The look of innocence and past pain that needs to be healed made her worth every emotion. In the hours they spent together whether alone or with Tubbo made the past years worth it.

Tommy decided that night that he'd like it if Ryleigh were to ever be more to him than just a friend or just his best friend's twin sister.
