Thirteen

Monday finally rolled around and the trio was sleeping on Ryleigh's floor. They had stayed up all night and ended up falling asleep at 8am on the day of their flight. Not the smartest idea, but none of them cared all that much.

Ryleigh was the first to fall asleep, not really a big surprise for either male in the room.

They were all playing minecraft on their phones when her character became AFK every few minutes due to her yawning and her eyes involuntarily closing due to her lack of sleep recently. The urge to lay her head on the shoulder of the blonde male lying directly next to her didnt help much either.

She eventually caved and turned off her phone—it automatically leaving the game and sending a message to Tubbo and Tommy—laying her head on his shoulder and falling asleep instantaneously. Though it took a moment for her brother to figure out she'd knocked out, Tommy knew she had fallen asleep the moment her head laid softly on his shoulder.

He didn't mind. It simply confirmed that he wasn't the only one who felt the urge to be close to the other. This action lead Tommy to fall asleep an hour after her, making sure Tubbo would be fine.

Tubbo fell asleep mere minutes after Tommy did. He knew they'd have to be up soon for their eight to nine hour flight to florida. Tubbo set an alarm for five o'clock to make sure they all had time to take showers and get ready. The flight was at ten so he knew Will would pick them up around seven for extra time if needed for delays and such.

Tubbo was the first to wake up since his phone was next to him. He sat up with a yawn before shutting off his alarm and flicking Tommy's forehead to wake him up. It worked rather quickly.

"Mmm...hello Tubbo." He spoke as his eyes opened.

"Im going to take a shower. Make sure she wakes up and once i get out you two can fight over who goes next." He instructed with a yawn. Tommy nodded as Tubbo got up to leave the room for his restroom. He scrolled through his twitter before deciding to tweet something he knew he'd delete at a later point in time.

He closed his phone and woke up the girl that was cuddled into his side. He temporarily basked in the fuzzy feeling the girl gave him. It had been happening more frequently and he'd come to terms with what exactly it had meant for him.

He wasn't sure if anything was reciprocated, so he took the little moments and savored them.

"Ry, Ryleigh wake up." He said, shaking her slightly. Ryleigh burrowed her head into Tommy's side making his face heat up immediately, making his fuzzy feeling spread from just his stomach and chest.

"Im tired." She said in a soft tone of voice.

"Tubbo is in the shower. You can take one next while i pack up some of my stuff." She nodded and yawned.

"Can i take a sweater? It's cold outside and none of mine are clean, or well none of them are available as most of them are packed. The rest really aren't washed yet." Tommy nodded and sat up, bringing the girl with him.

"Why don't you get your things ready and i'll clean up?" He said softly. She nodded and walked downstairs to take her medication. She found a new bottle on the counter and mentally thanked her mother for getting a new bottle.

She found a note stuck to the fridge, informing her that Lani and her mother and Teagan were all out shopping for some new clothing for Lani while Teagan tagged along for some help. The three ladies would be back before the trio had to leave for their flight. Also stating their father had to stay after at work and would try to make it home in time to send them off.

"RYLEIGH! COME TAKE A SHOWER!" Tubbo yelled down the stairs. She quickly took her medicine and ran back up the stairs. She informed her brother of the situation with their parents and grabbed her things for the shower. Her shower didn't run long as she knew Tommy needed one, but she was finally feeling refreshed from the long night prior and was thankful for such.

Ryleigh stepped out of the shower and put on the white tank top and gray joggers she had laid out prior to her shower. She grabbed her toothbrush and brushed her teeth before grabbing her hairbrush and leaving the bathroom for Tommy to take a shower.

The teen brushed her hair as she walked throughout her room to make sure she had everything and had cleaned up her room last minute before shutting down her pc entirely.

Ryleigh unplugged her phone and grabbed her chargers to pack in a small carry on bag. Her phone had multiple notifications from a new text groupchat. The people included were: Her, Tubbo, Tommy, Wilbur, and two unknown numbers.

As she read through the messages she identified them as Dream and Niki. She didn't want to put names to the numbers just in case she identified them wrong.

While she was alone she packed up some toiletries she'd need throughout the month, just in case.

Soon enough the twins were saying goodbye to their family and Tommy was thanking them for allowing him to stay. They put their things in Wilbur's car before the three of them climbed into the back seat. Ryleigh was sat in the middle, both boys on either side of her.

"So i assume this is Ryleigh." Wilbur said with a smile as they drove off towards the airport. He glanced into the rearview mirror every so often and made eye contact with one person of the three each time.

"I am." She said with a smile. She was fidgeting with the string of her joggers to calm her new found rush of nerves.

"Ive met you a few times. Nice to meet you formally. Niki is the one in the passenger seat." Wilbur said kindly.

"Hello." She said in a soft tone of voice, something that calmed Ryleigh's nerves ever so slightly.

Small conversation was made on the way to the airport. While it wasn't much of a discussion, it was enough for her to feel a bit more safe with Will and Niki.

In due time, the five of them would be flying to Florida and spending all of December and the first two days of January together. They were in for a rollercoaster of emotions and fun; one hell of a rollercoaster.
