\_____________________________/"Can I go? Can I please go?" Chiron sighed loudly at the request.
"You can't come with me Rose, you know that"
Of couse Rose knew that, everytime there was a quest she had gotten the same answer, no.
"Come on! You said I was ready to go collect new campers, please, I'll even clean the oracle's room when we get back"
The centaur pinched the bridge of his nose
"Rose, last time you encountered with a monster you asked them to forgive you for killing them after you gave them the option of running away" The man closed his suitcase and turned towards her
"Well, how would you feel if teenagers decided to constantly kill you without asking questions? I would be mad"
Rose Summer Young was a demigod, and she was one of the youngest. The girl had spent her fist night at camp with only 4 years, and since then the place had been more of a home that her real one, only leaving for a short time a year.
"That's the thing, in the moments that you stop to think about the monster's feelings, you get killed, so no, I'm going alone, I also need you to do something for me, but bah! you are going reject it" and with that, Chiron captured the girl's attention.
"Uh! What can I do?" Rose jumped in place a little, exited to be useful.
"First you need to promise that You'll do it without complaining"
"Oh no, I won't fall for that, last time you said that I ended up having to clean the stables all by myself, I may be gullible but not THAT much"
"If you are so sure about that, I guess that I can give this task to another camper who wants to help" the demigod pressed her lips togheter and looked at the man.
"Okay, it seems suspicious but I'll bite"
"Someone needs to replace me while I'm gone, and since you are always paying attention to everything, I believe you can do it. Also you are the only one who can win on pinochle against Mr. D" the girl jumped and hugged the hero trainer.
"I promise I won't burn the camp to ashes"
"Wait, Wha-" and before he could finish his sentence she ran out of the room; and everyone in camp could agree in hearing the loud cheer.
