LUKE'S POV:

What do I do? It was bad enough for Reggie, Alex and Flynn to find out about the kiss but Julie's dad knows now
which is kinda freaking me out

We just performed at the Orpheum like a week ago, all of this stuff with Julie and Nick happend this week I feel really bad for Julie we are supposed to be booking gigs and becoming famous and instead we are trying to help Julie with her nightmares all thanks to Caleb

Julie walked into the studio and smiled at me "whatcha doing?"

"Just writing some lyrics"

"Oh that's nice so I uh have an idea that you may not agree with... "

"What is it?"

"I was thinking maybe we should try to get a small gig and see if I can handle it, maybe that's just what I need" she said

"I actually think that's a great idea, lets ask Alex and Reggie what they think"

"Really? Okay" she said

We went inside to talk to them and they were watching TV with Carlos

"Hey what's up guys" I said jumping over the couch to sit next to Alex

"We are watching some weird cartoon" Reggie said

Carlos looked at Julie "That one won't stop talking" he pointed at Reggie

We started laughing
"Hey little dude mind giving us a min" I said to Carlos he nodded and headed to his room

JULIE'S POV:

"Hey so I was thinking, maybe we should try to get another gig"

Alex looked at me like I was insane
"After everything that has happened in the past week?"

"I think it might be my safe place, maybe it's exactly what I need"

"I don't know Julie..."

"Come on just a small cafe gig, I'll play at book club if you want I just want to try something" I said desperately

"Reggie what do you think?" Alex said still skeptical

"I think we totally should"

"Nobody ever listens to me" Alex said

"Yay it's settled then! I'll call Flynn" I ran upstairs to get my phone but I couldn't find Reggie was helping me look so I wasn't alone

"You really think this is a good idea Luke? Even after everything she has been through are you sure she can handle it?"

Luke scratched the back of his head
"I just want to believe in her okay"

"Okay fine"
