(I personally have panic attacks everyday, so this is just me kind of showing how mine are they happen randomly most of the time and honestly there's nothing I can do about it, once again please do not go past this point if you don't think you can handle it) also this is just me showing how my panic attacks are in a charachter it isn't the same for everyone so if this is completly different from your maybe we can learn from each other I love y'all and hope you enjoy the rest of my book

LUKE'S POV:

We Poofd into the garage I was holding Julie so we could poof but I nearly dropped her when we got inside I quickly put her down and stumbled back "what's going on?" I said kind of startled for some reason my chest started to hurt really bad I put my hand up to my chest

"Luke?" I heard Julie yell

"Luke what's going on?" Reggie said running over to me

Alex came up behind me and squeezed my shoulders

"Luke sit down what's wrong?" He said

I couldn't respond

This couldn't be another jolt we got rid of those

I tried to walk to the couch but I couldn't move my legs I looked at my hands that were shaking uncontrollably

I could barely hear Alex, Reggie, and Julie they sounded muffled

"Help" were the only words that came out I couldn't stop crying my chest hurt so bad and my legs were weak I fell to the ground I pulled my knees to my chest

"Help me" I cried

I couldn't stop shaking everything was dizzy I felt numb like I couldn't control what I was doing I couldn't breathe

"What's happening?" I cried

I completly lost it

"Is anyone there?" I screamed I couldn't hear anything

I heard a slight voice "Were here Luke"

JULIE'S POV:

"Were here luke were right here" I said crying

"Did Caleb so this? Someone answer me what's going on with him is he okay? Luke it's okay I'm here" I said while giving him a hug

"Alex what's happening to Luke" I said bawling my eyes out
