Unheard Plea

It was easy for me to forget that encounter. Ni hindi nga ako nahirapang gawin 'yon sa daming ganap na nangyari sa nagdaang mga buwan. I didn't tell a single soul about what happened after that friendship game that day. I just made myself believe na isang hindi inaasahang pangyayari lang 'yon and that I should forget it.

Magaling naman ako diyan. To easily forget everything and turn a blind-eye. My forte.

Hindi ko na nga alam kong saan na lulugar ang konsensiya ko dahil dito. I am just too tired to even carry such emotions. The guilt that I felt from my Mama's accident years ago and from my former bodyguards is enough. Adding another feeling in my list is another story.

I am not emotionally strong that can easily handle such emotions. Inaamin ko na duwag ako, duwag na duwag. Hindi rin ako isang santo. I may be perceived by people as the most obedient and good girl among my cousins but the truth is, I am a coward girl hiding behind a façade.

I don't know what will happen if that interaction will grow into something bigger. Just by thinking about my father is enough to send shivers down my spine. Daddy has always been strict when it comes to people interacting with me. Pinagbabawalan niya ako sa halos lahat ng bagay.

There's a reason why Daddy didn't update me about that man after I told him about the accident. Kung ano man 'yon, hindi ko alam. At wala na akong planong alamin kasi...kasi natatakot akong magtanong dahil alam kong wala rin naman akong matatamo na sagot.

The answer will always be "Don't ask. Just trust Daddy". From then and now, the answer is still the same.

Kaya binaliwala ko ang konsensya at ang hindi ko paghingi ng sorry sa kaniya at pilit na kinalimutan ang nangyaring paghaharap namin.

The recent happenings were too much to process. Einradelle was involved in an issue. There was a video of her throwing that tray of pasta towards Deonell. Kumalat iyon sa internet at nag-viral. Knowing how it can easily taint our family's image, galit na galit ang ina niya sa kaniya, si Tita Nuelle.

Even my Mama and Titas were pissed about what happened. Hindi naman lingid sa kaalaman ng iba na may Reality TV Show ang pamilyang Velez. And now, my mother together with her sisters were worried that the ratings may go down.

Sa totoo lang, hindi ko sila naiintindihan. Is the ratings all they think about right now? How about Einradelle? Wala bang magtatanong kung okay lang ba siya? She's going viral across all social media sites for pete's sake!

"D said he bullied her kaya niya nagawa 'yon," ani ng katawagan kong si Audy.

Napaayos kaagad ako ng upo dito sa lounge chair sa veranda ng aking kwarto. Natutop ko ang aking bibig dahil sa gulat.

"Totoo ba 'yan?" I said out of shock.

So kaya tinapunan ng pasta ni Einra si Deonell dahil bi-nully niya 'to? I mean...that's so absurd! Malabong mangyari 'yon!

"I don't know...pupuntahan ko si Einra. I'm going to ask for the truth. It's so clear that Deonell is just covering her up." aniya bago naputol ang linya.

Napahilamos nalang ako sa'king mukha. Sumasakit na ang ulo ko dahil sa nangyayari. Naiinis din ako ng bahagya kay Einradelle kasi ayaw magsalita kung tatanungin mo tungkol sa dahilan kung bakit nga niya tinapunan ng pasta si Deonell. She's just...mum!

Things escalated quickly after that. The manager of the Velezes released a statement regarding Deonell's version of truth. Galit na galit si Audy kay Einra dahil doon. Deonell even have to leave the country and return to States because of the extreme hate he's getting. Saka lang namin nalaman ang totoo nang magkaayos na sina Audy at Einra.
