"Hey Mill!" Nine called out as he noticed him walking down the street of the karaoke place. They greeted each other as they walked to the karaoke room and sat down in the room they booked.
"Today's the day of celebration!" Mill beamed. Nine laughed back happy that this was a day per celebration.
"Well, what song do you wanna sing?"Mill asked as he handed Nine the other mic.
"Hm, I don't know," He pondered as he thought of songs in his head. "How about this song?" Nine exclaimed as he finally found a song after scrolling through the menu.
He clicked on the song and the lyrics popped up as they sang. The song ended and the two fell on the couch, exhausted. "Wow," they said in unison with smiles on their faces.
"What's next?" Mill got up jumpy.
"What happened to our break?" Nine joked.
"Woah! They have this song here!"
Mill jumped up in surprise.
Soon Mill sang and it was pretty decent. Nine thought his voice sounded better with slower songs.
After they finished the song they sat down and took a break and started chatting. Soon Nine heard the most beautiful voice he's ever heard. He wanted to know who this person was immediately. He saw the person get ready to leave as the song ended and heard them humming the tune as they were walking close to the exit.
"Let's go Mill." Nine said determinedly as the two walked out trying to follow this harmonious stranger.
Soon, the two were running down to catch up to the person who Nine saw to be a taller guy around their age. They ran until they finally caught up with them.
"Wait!" Nine said out of breath
He stopped.
He looked up at the two with his soft eyes. His hair was wavy and his bangs stayed on the side of his face, not in his range of sight. He didn't say a word but waited.
"We- like.." They were both out of breath as Mill spoke up. "We like your voice! Please sing for us!" Nine panted.
Soon he faced them and was going to speak about one or two words but then the two kneeled and begged. "Please help us! Our songs won't be the same without you!" They pleaded.
He just looked down a bit confused.
"Uhh.. okay um you can get up now. "
The two got up thanking him.
"I'm Junji by the way." He mumbled bashfully. "Thanks, Junji!" They smiled contently as they hugged him. Junji put his hands on their shoulders gently and the two pulled him into a group hug.
Mill and Nine beamed. A new addition was just what they needed.
Now that there were three of them, they could have even better hopes of fame.
