Today I speak in behalf of all the introverts out there.
First and foremost I would like to emphasize that, being an introvert doesn't mean a person is ANTI-SOCIAL.
It's really just as simple as the fact that each person is different and unique. For instance, some people have straight hair, while others have curly, yet still others have wavy hair. In the same sense, some people are extroverted, some are introverted and the others are ambivert.
The dictionary meaning of introvert is literally the cover picture...
Yes, introverts are reserved people. They keep their thoughts to themselves. They usually need that one extrovert person to take them under their wing, so that they can make new friends. They usually like to be left alone until their presence is absolutely necessary. They don't like crowded places or people who are too noisy. And when they say that they"hate people", they don't necessarily hate you. It's just that some things people do, are just plain annoying.🙃 (or maybe they do sincerely hate you)
So please, if you know a person who is introverted, or ANY person for that matter, don't force them to mingle with others or to do anything they genuinely aren't interested in, or comfortable doing.
Trust me when I say, at some point, in a comfortable environment, with comfortable people, that introverted person, you think you know, is secretly the most talkative and crazy person. You just need to be patient with them and give them their space.
