Unknown POV:

The one who controls it all, maybe he made me do it. I still don't understand this.

Why save a group of people who questioned everything I believe in? The young girl continuously talked about how she was not involved in the controversial incident. And of course, nobody believed her. Then much to all our dismay, she called us puppets, though we didn't know why she said that over and over.

"Oh my god! Look at this" I exclaimed right after I loosened their ropes tied them to the tree while others were doing the ritual. I was desperately climbing the farthest tree to distract them trying to act like I was looking at while I could see was the orange-red shade of the sunset, which I have seen my whole life.

I didn't know why or what I was doing, the only thing I knew was that maybe they were right about everything, which terrified me...
