His (2) POV :

Sometimes we underestimate the hold laws have on our lives. When we really think about it, we will realize that we are entirely dependent on them. Our existence is no different from any other beings if not for the laws that control us.

But, are all of them really necessary? Can we certainly say that they are not used for dominance? When we realize this, we are left with a choice. He chose to free us even if it meant treason by our community. Now, I must decide whether to continue from where I left off or run. If I could convince one of these people, isn't there a slight chance that I can convince more of them? Before I could I make a decision, she spoke to me.

"Run, you believed in a miracle. I never expected everyone to change. I didn't even expect one of them to change. I just wanted to show them what I believed in after years of hiding behind the shadows of lies. The miracle has happened. Now we must start anew. Not for them, but for ourselves"

And I knew she was right. So I ran beside the one who made me see the miracle. It was not about making a change. It was about having the courage about showing what you believe to the ones who think laws as an ultimatum and still have someone to have your back no matter what. It is not about love or like or some other feelings that she and I share. It's more than that. It's the connection between two people who chose to believe what they think is right. It is about the respect they have for each other for the courage to do something about it.
