FROZEN STILL, that was the first thing that came up in my mind that describes my situation right now. It was dark, cold, and bloody silent which is the best place for me to cool down and steady my mental and emotional state.

You all must be wondering where in Merlin's beard am I, well, I  am now in the Black Lake.

You are right, not just hanging out near a tree in the Black Lake or dipping my feet in the Black Lake but really in the bloody Black Lake.

It is my hobby to drown myself—well not literally—while clearing my mind and heart. I learned that I can actually stay in the water for more than five minutes when I was a kid because I accidentally got curious about what it felt like to drown. Well, obviously I did not drown since I am still alive and telling you the story of my pathetic life right now.

My brother saved me from drowning and decided to scold me for hours, shivering. Well, I am used to it now. He's not in Hogwarts now anyway. He already graduated last year and...suddenly vanished leaving me all by myself—quite literally. Our parents died since I was two years old and my brother was a five years old kid.

I don't know how long was I in the lake but I am pretty sure that I already broke my thirty minutes best record. I wonder what it felt like to really drown? Here I go again, thinking about death. To be honest there is never a day where I cannot think of my own death. Though I know that it is not yet my time, that I still have something to do before leaving this world.

I tried to clear my thoughts and just focus on the vibe that the lake is giving me. I'm pretty sure that by now, merpeople do not waste their time saving me or disturbing me since they're already used to seeing me here and they and I have a good relationship.

I was still enjoying myself when flashes of image suddenly cross my mind, again. This time I saw something more disturbing but not unusual for me.

I'm in an open area, somewhere with different colors of lights along with the color of red from the dead bodies surrounding me, painting the white snow in bloody red with the strong metallic smell of blood.

There stood someone along with me. He was facing the other way around, making me see only his back. I cannot move. I cannot talk. I cannot even think straight but despite all that, my fears spread throughout my system, making me anxious yet empty at the same time.

I felt my heart beat faster as he slowly tries to face me. I almost get a view of his face when I felt someone pulled me from it.

No!

Then everything went black.

"Hey Prongs, we need a break right now," Sirius said while trying to catch his breath. We were running away from Flinch for making a mess again with our pranks. It's a good thing that we're all fast runners or maybe we just got used to running that we're already accustomed to it.

"Yeah, I am tired too. Flinch is mental I tell you, tailing us all the way here," I said with a goofy grin plastered on my face. Sirius smirks at that while Remus just shakes his head and Peter is still trying to catch his breath.

"How about we rest near the Black Lake?" Remus suggested and we all nod while following him to the tree near the Black Lake.

We were about to sit down when I noticed some things are already there as if there was somebody just here.  We all look at each other as if reading each other's minds. We look around to see if someone just forgot about their things here. Sirius was just about to rummage through the things there and find something helpful that will lead us to someone who might be the owner of these things, Remus suddenly exclaimed, "Bloody hell! Is that a person in the Lake?"
