I must have been knocked out or something because the next thing I knew I was in a room completely tied down, unable to move. I wasn't in my clothes either I was wearing what felt like a tracksuit but it was made of cotton. As I came around I became very aware that this may not be a test.
A man walked into the room he was reasonably tall and pretty overweight. He sat down on a chair and looked at me for a moment before he started to speak.
"What's your name?"
"I'm not telling you anything until you undo these restraints."
"That's not how this power dynamic works. You see, you are tied to the bed, I am not hence I have the upper hand here."
This made me laugh much to his annoyance.
"I don't see why you're laughing."
"Because you are so wrong."
"What do you mean I'm wrong?"
"You think you have the upper hand and you just don't."
"What?!"
"Well, I'm restrained here for a reason. I would assume that reason is that you want information. Therefore I have the upper hand because if you want information then you will untie me."
"You're clever. So I will allow you to be released from the restraints on the condition that we keep one of you wrists tied down."
"I can work with that."
He proceeded to undo all the restraints par my right wrist. He assumed I am right-handed which as a guess wasn't bad but he was wrong.
"Right now that the restraints are gone you can tell me your name."
"Lily."
"That's not your name."
"Oh. I didn't know you kidnapped me and changed my name. So what is my name?"
"Max Ameto"
I took a moment to compose myself before speaking again.
"Who told you that?"
"It was in the information file about you that was sent out to all interested in more information on this group that we know nothing about."
"What do you mean? Information about me was given to you. That bitch. She set this all up."
"So the information is correct?"
"I didn't say that I have nothing more to say to you."
"Okay well, when you're ready to start talking say and we'll feed you."
This caught my attention I turned to look at him, "Wait, what did you just say?" But by the time I had finished my sentence he had already walked out the door and locked it. Leaving me with one wrist still tied to the bed. I wanted to have a look into the future see what I could see whether I could get more specific on the pain I saw earlier but I knew they were watching. So I sat and waited. I had no concept of time the light was on constantly and I had no window to look out of but every so often someone would come along and ask if I was ready to talk. The temptation to talk became larger the hungrier I got but I stuck to my guns even when they were forcing me to drink water. The longer I was in there the more I sunk into the darker places of my mind. I heard voices. Saw things that weren't there. I was trapped in my mind. One day 5 large men came in injected me with something and the next thing I knew I was handcuffed to a chair with a feeding tube so that my body didn't reject the food. I was still resisting the urge to talk. As the room came into focus I saw a woman tall and thin with dark hair and thick glasses. She sat opposite me. I tried to move upwards to face her rather than just being slumped in my chair but my muscles were too weak to do so. I rolled my head round to look at her she had no expression she just stared at me.
"Max you've been here for 28 days now and no one has come for you yet. Are you ready to talk?"
I took a few deep breaths before talking "I'm not going to talk I will die before I tell you anything." My voice was weak and breathy.
"Yes, I thought that might be the case. Well if taking away bare necessities to live didn't work may some pain stimulation."
"Maybe."
"Take her back to her room."
I was in handcuffed I tried to run but I wasn't strong enough and the attempt just ended in me being picked up by the men who brought me here to get carried back.
I passed out on the bed.
