Today was quite a normal day. As far as a normal day can be.

I started my day off by going on a food run, bought some bread, beer and cerials. Cookie Crunch made a good snack.

Sam and Dean were going to find someone that could help with opening the rift, Dean forced me to stay behind, so I decided to work on my control. But with all the things that had happened lately, it was hard to concentrate. I ended up thinking too much.

Ever since Derek left Dean has been cold and distant, I didn't know why. But I can't dwell on it, I needed to keep my head straight. I was going to come with them through the rift even if I was going to have to force them.

I did some meditating to clear my head and it worked. I ate some lunch, did some baking. Prepared for dinner. I even did some cleaning, it wasn't good but it was something. I had to keep myself occupied.

I found one of Sam's old laptops and put on Star Wars, I was having a somewhat good day.

That was until I got a call from Stiles and Scott.

They asked me about The dread doctors, it gave me a small panic attack. But if they all worked together they would be fine. I told them to read the book Dr. Valack had written, it would help them out.

I told them it wasn't a good idea but they didn't have a choice. I gave them a warning about Theo because I knew Scott wouldn't listen to Stiles. If I backed him up on it then maybe he would start using his head instead of his heart.

If he did he would be able to blindside Theo with a plan. A plan that would lure out the real Theo so that he could see it for himself. I told them to be careful, that the dread doctors might have a plan behind everything they did.

Hopefully, both of them listened.

I filled them in on what was happening over here, I left out the details about not being able to heal, I cant have them worried about me when they needed to have a clear head. Stiles told me that Lydia was in Eichen House, I wonder how long he withheld that information.

I told them that they should get her out but they were already planning on it. I let them know that if they needed my help to call me. I said that I loved them both before hanging up the phone.

It wasn't long before Sam, Dean, and Cas came through the door with a woman I had been wanting to meet. It was Rowena, I recognized her from my visions.

"You hold down the fort?" Sam asked, I nodded my head. There hadn't been any phone calls from other hunters so it had been calm.

I looked at Dean but he ignored me and headed towards his bedroom to freshen up.

"And who might you be," Rowena asked me eying me up and down.

"Luisa, nice to meet you," I said. "She's not nice," Sam said and headed to the kitchen, Rowena rolled her eyes. Cas hit the books to keep himself from worrying about Jack, it was eating him up.

"Dear, come here. Let me get a good look at ya." She said as she stepped forward taking me in.

"Your powers" She started "They are not demonic". How did she know that's what I was thinking.

"Oh, don't look at me like that dearie, I know things," She said smiling. "Your powers were already laying dormant, something brought them out." I thought back to the night Talia gave me the bite, it must have been then.

"Well, what are they then?" I asked confused.

"It's witchcraft dear. Predictions, dreams of the future, shooting things out of your hands" She said demonstrating with hand gestures. "It's witchcraft".

"Even the bloodlust?"

"No, not every witch has a thing for blood, That probably has something to do with your experiments and you being forced to kill, yes, I did some digging in your mind." She said proudly.

She's good, she didn't even touch me to see that, I would have had to put my hands on a person if I was going to be able to see anything and it didn't end pretty.

"You got a taste for more. It also didn't help that you fell in love with the wrong man" She said referring to Peter. "He had some influence on you."

"What about aging? I look the same as I did when I was 19"

"Yeah that's a witches perk, it helps when plotting revenge. It keeps ya young"

"You know a lot don't you," I said smiling

"Aye, I know plenty," She said grinning.

I really liked the Scottish bitch.

Dean and Sam soon came into the room, Rowena started working on a spell with a bunch of ingredients. They were going to get Lucifer, apparently, Gabriel's grace wasn't enough to keep the rift open so they needed someone stronger.

I wanted to come with but was sidelined yet again.

When I said that I could be of help Dean said something about me being friends with werewolves. When I told him I was friends with more than werewolves, he shut up and walked away, to go pack his gear for the trip through the rift.

I wasn't going to let them keep me on the sideline when I could be helpful. It's not how I roll.

When they came back they got ready for the spell. Lucifer wasn't happy to help.

When the rift opened I was ready to go in but Dean pushed me back. I watched them go inside except for Rowena and Lucifer. Rowena was going to keep the rift open and was using Lucifer's grace to do it.

I went back to my room and put on some more comfortable clothes that were easier to move in and then I went into The Winchesters weapon room and got a gun. I walked into the library with steps of determination.

"Where are you going?" Rowena asked.

"Im not being sidelined anymore" I said as I walked through the rift.
