I had gone to Donna's for a few days needing some girl time after Dean and me. When I came back I noticed everyone was in Jack's room. I saw him getting a seizure and I rushed to him.

"What the hell happened? I was only gone for a week."

"We don't know," Cas said upset and scared.

"We need to get him to a hospital, now," I said as I started getting Jack up together with Cas.

We drove as fast as we could to the hospital, the doctors asked us a bunch of questions before Jack collapsed completely. I was scared out of my mind, Jack had become like a younger brother to me. I can't let anything happen to him.

The doctors rushed him into a room on a gurney. They were still asking questions, why are they asking questions, why aren't they helping him.

I never left Jack's side, Cas and I were stuck to him like glue.

Cas and I were soon forced outside the room so that they could get to work. It felt like we were waiting for hours, I was pacing back and forth biting my nails. Dean tried to calm me down but I snapped at him making him back off to give me some space.

The doctor came out with a clipboard in her hand, she looked unsure. She didn't know what was wrong with him. She even told us that she wanted to run some more tests on him, I didn't let that happen.

I told Sam to call Rowena as I went inside Jack's room and started to rip out all the chords they had plugged him up with.

"Hey, you can't do that, he needs medical attention. His body is shutting down." The doctor said as she tried to stop me.

"You can't do shit here, We are taking him home to get a second opinion. From someone who can actually do their job," I said as Cas and I lifted him up and headed out the car.

When we got to the bunker, Cas and I laid him down on a bed to get him more comfortable. We were waiting for Rowena to show up. I had even called Deaton to ask if he might know of something that could help. He came up empty except for a last resort, he didn't like that idea but if that's what it'll come to. I'll go through with it.

When Rowena had checked him over we met outside in the hallway.

"And?" Dean asked her.

"It's as I suspected. A Nephilim, for all its power, is an unnatural presence. Part human, part angel... It, It doesn't quite fit. It's delicate. Its grace is what holds it in balance, and when Jack's grace was taken from him, his being fell into chaos. The cells are gobbling each other up."

"Well, if it's grace he needs, he can have mine," Cas said ready to go inside. Rowena stopped him.

"No, dear, it won't do. Jack is part archangel. He needs a much stronger force and probably some kind of magic, and he needs it quick."

"How quick?" Dean and I asked her.

"I don't...I don't exactly know, but he's enterin' a critical phase.
Sometimes he'll look just fine, but then his body will give way, and...it'll be the end of him."

I couldn't handle that so I went to the library with Castiel to hopefully find something useful. Sam and Rowena were trying to find something as well through their contacts.

Sam told us that Ketch knew a Shaman named Sergei so that's where Cas and I were headed right now.

"You don't have to do this you know, you don't have to come with me," Cas said to me in the car.

"Yes I do, Jacks not only a brother to me Castiel, but he's also family. Kelly Kline was a relative of mine from my mother's side. That makes Jack important to me."

"Thank you"

"Don't mention it Cas, you care about him as much as I do," I told him seriously with a hint of sadness. We arrived at Sergei's home it was in a secluded area and Castiel called on him.

"Sergei? Sergei?!" Castiel said calling some more.

"The angel Castiel? And who else?" He said walking out with a gun in his hand.

"Luisa Stilinski," I said. "Is the Holy Fire really necessary?" I asked him pointing to the gun in his hand.

"Self-preservation makes many things necessary." He said as he leads us inside his home. He fixed us some tea.

"Please, sit. As for my curriculum vitae, I'm passionately peripatetic. No roots. I've re-crossed the globe many, many times over. Studying and observing the skills of myriad witches, and seers, holy men, et cetera."

"And what is it exactly you do? Answer the unanswerable?" Cas said sarcastically. We took a seat on the puffs.

"No. Know the unknowable. And I am first and foremost a healer." He explained as he himself took a seat next to me.

We talked a bit about his connection to Ketch before getting back to the subject of Jack. Sergei took out a vial to show Castiel.

"From Gabriel. In trade for my home-brewed cloaking spell. He used it to hide away in Monte Carlo." he said.

"With porn stars, yes, I know the story," Cas said annoyed.

"But this alone won't do the trick. It must be administered along with the precise recitation of a spell." He said handing the vial over to Cas together with the spell.

"And what is all this going to cost?"

"Don't insult me. I never take money. My skills are exclusively for barter."

"Then what is it that you want?" Cas asked concerned

"I don't know. But... tell the Winchesters they owe me."

Cas and I went outside. I told him I was going to stay behind in case he was playing us. That way he would be taken care of right away. Cas agreed and made his way back to the bunker.

When Cas's car was gone from sight I made my way back inside and sat down on the bench.

"After I'm done here Miss Stilinski, tell Mr. Deaton, my debt to him is paid in full" I nodded my head as I made myself comfortable on the bench as he stopped my heart.
