I got up in the middle of the night craving a snack, when I made it into the kitchen and turned on the lights I saw Jack eating my cookie crunch cereals.

"What?"
"I'm sorry they just looked so good" He said with a sorry tone to his voice.
"Dont worry about that kid, as long as I can have some, you could eat the rest if you want" I said sitting down in front of him with a bowl of my own.
"I was just trying to get to the decode ring so I can figure out the message on the box"
"Oh you mean this one" I said showing him my ring finger with the round ring on it.
"Do you know the word" He said with an eager voice as he squrmed in his seat like a small child.
"Why don't you find out" I said giving him the ring so that he could figure it out himself
"Cookie tacular, sweet" He said as he smiled.
I finished my bowl of cereal and got up from the seat.
"Try to get some sleep Jack" He nodded his head and I went back to bed.
...
When I woke up from a good sleep I made my way into the kitchen where I saw Dean frying some bacon.
"Nice batman pants" I said to Dean as I showed of my own.
"Right back at ya" He said with a smile. I went over to the cupboards and wiped together a pancake batter for Jack. I myself was settling for the donuts on the countertop.
Sam was sitting in a corner reading a newspaper.
"Oh there's a play on in a few hours in the next town over, I've dreamt of seeing it for a while now." I turned to him.
"Sam yesterday I dreamt of eating donuts, now here I am eating donuts."
"What are you saying?" He asked confused
"Follow your dreams. Go see it, there's nothing really going on right now anyway."
"Yeah, you right. Cas want to come with?" Sam said looking at Cas as he came in through the doorway with Jack.
"Uh, sure. Jack?"
"No thanks" He said sitting down at the table as I served him some pancakes. He was still a bit upset from yesterday.
Soon we were all sitting by the table eating breakfast, by the time it was over Sam and Cas went to Kansas City, it was a four hour drive. Dean went to his room to change, Jack went into his room so I went to check on him.
"What's wrong?" I asked him softly. "Is it still about yesterday? about your dad?"
"Yeah, they hate him. But I don't even know who he is, I wont get the chance to. They thought I would end up like my father but they don't know that"
