I've seen a lot of people doing this so I'm going to do it but with multiple franchises at the same time. Because of this I'm going to focus on some of my favourites and so...
Every time I've seen this ship it's referred to as HomuMado or MadoHomu. Therefore I've given it a name based off of the end of Rebellion. It's been confirmed by the creator it isn't supposed to be canon but let's be honest, anyone who doesn't ship them hasn't watched Puella Magi Madoka Magica. It's more one-sided on Homura's side but it's still my favourite ship and I still think it counts as canon. Also I really wish they could co-exist as Madokami and Homucifer. Other names that could also work for this ship: FallenAngelShipping (although that already exists in Yu-Gi-Oh!), ProtectorShipping etc
