The Croods were walking around randomly, already exhausted.
"So... hungry." Thunk groaned then looked at his left and saw two red 'Fruits' on a tree. He went to it and took a bite. Suddenly 'the fruit' screeched and revealed itself as a Koala Bird. Apparently Thunk had bitten its red butt cheek. It angrily hit Thunk and flew away.
"Ahh!" Thunk grumbled, "I still would've eaten that."
"All right, pack." Grug stopped and turned to his family, "Nothing has tried to kill us in the last ten minutes, so let's camp here."
"Gran and Thunk, you find us a place to sleep." He ordered looking at the said two.
Thunk fell where he was standing and grunted, "Here."
Gran agreed laying down beside him, using him as a pillow, "Here's good."
"Eep, Sandy and Chunky, you stand watch."
Chunky and Sandy bared their teeth and growled, looking around for any possible threat. While Eep rolled her eyes and sat down, leaning on Chunky's warm furry body.
"Ugga and I will forage."
Ugga who was holding few sticks, smiled nodding.
"Guy and Y/n?" Grug looked around for the last two members of their pack. "Guy and Y/n?"
"Guy and Y/n!" He yelled.
" Boop. Boop!"
Grug turned around and saw Guy was holing y/n as they both playfully bopped each other's noses.
"Boop. Boop. Boop. Boop."
"Hello! Hey!" Grug clapped his hands to get their attention. "You're in charge of the fire."
"No problem, Dad." Y/n said, happily grabbing Guy's hand and ran away.
"You can count on us, Dad." Guy called out following Y/n like a lost puppy.
"Don't call me that!" Grug growled but Guy was already gone.

Guy and Y/n were now sitting beside each other in front of a pile of sticks.
"Hey." Guy said looking art y/n lovingly as he hit his stone on y/n's.
" 'Hey' what?", Y/n asked playfully.
"Hey, you."
Y/n moved closer to him, " 'Hey, you' back."
"Uh-uh. I 'Hey, you'd' first." Guy reminded her, lightly hitting her stone again.
"And I'm 'heyying' you right back." Y/n answered, giggling.
Rest of the family who were resting on a large tree log, groaned at their behaviour.
