Doki doki means beating heart in Japanese so I took the last part which is heart so animedokichan in English is animeheartchan. For Literature Chan she likes to read and write so why not Literature.
Also Chan is saying she/her in Japanese sense me and Literature Chan are girls we would be Chan.
