Makoto's POV

Time to go back to school but I have to wake up really early because the adoption center is 10 miles away and I didn't eat anything and I didn't hang out with my friends all summer. I stop responding to Hina's texts because I felt sick all summer Komaru was right I could get sick but it's worth it.

* time skip to school and lunch time

I haven't seen any of my friends maybe they for- " Hey Makoto!" My thoughts were interrupted by Hina's voice, I turned around to see everyone with a worried look on their faces " Guys what's wrong." I ask with a confused look on my face. " Makoto we haven't seen you all summer and you stop responding to my texts." Hina said, I see Kiri looking at me and ask " Have you been eating Makoto?" I just stand there wondering what should I say " O- oh I'm fi-" I didn't even finish my sentence because I black out and I don't remember what happen after that.

Kyoko's POV

I ask Makoto if he was eating because he looked pale the last time I saw " O- oh I'm fi-" Makoto didn't finish his sentence because he pass out " M- MAKOTO!?" Hina yelled everyone looked at Makoto and we all ran up to Makoto. Toko looked sick but she was more worried about Makoto because people were making fun of her and she almost committed suicide and Makoto was there to stop her now she own him well Toko is just saying that. " S- Someone take M- Makoto to t- the n- nurse!" Toko yelled Hiro and Byakuya nodded and pick up Makoto and we all went to the nurses office " Umm he should be fine." Mikan said I sigh in relief but why didn't Makoto eat anything " Umm I think.. y- you should.. go to umm lunch." Mikan continued " Okay." Hiro said and we all left and went to the cafeteria " I can't believe what just happen. " Byakuya said " W- why would M- Makoto starved h- himself?" Toko ask. They keep on talking but I was thinking about Makoto and why he did it, maybe I said something that made him feel like that. The only thing I said was Eggi, I should ask Hina " Hey Hina." Hina stop talking to Byakuya and looked at me " Ya?" " Did Makoto ever been called Eggi before?" I ask Hina looked at me and nodded " Ya two older campers called him that and bullied him after." I was in shock why didn't I care about Makoto's feelings. I heard a scream and looked around and I saw Mikan running into the cafeteria and fell down. Hina saw to and help her up and she came running to us and ask " D- Do you know where Makoto is?" We all looked at Mikan and Hiro ask " wasn't he in the nurse's office?" Mikan nodded and said " W- well he was. I went to help Hajime b- because he bumped into Mondo and got a b- black eye. When I came b- back M- Makoto was gone." I started to put the piece together and then I realize what Makoto was trying to do. I looked at everyone and said " Makoto is trying to kill himself." Hina looked scared and shocked " W- what..?" Hina said " Makoto tried to starve himself to death and that didn't work so he's trying to do it some other way." I answered, wait no no if Makoto tried to committed suicide that's mean he still trying to! " Everyone look for Makoto!" I said " Why?" Hiro ask " BECAUSE HE'S STILL TRYING TO COMMIT SUICIDE!l I yelled and we all started to find Makoto. Please don't go Makoto don't make us too late.

Makoto's POV 10 minutes ago

I wake up in the nurse's office I can't do this anymore why should I live? I got out of the bed and went to finds some rope and I went to a empty classroom.

I started to tie the rope to the ceiling fan and then made a hole so I can put my head though. What's should I think about because it's my last time thinking at all. I didn't even say goodbye to Komaru or my friends but they can forgot about me, I haven't told Kiri how I feel about her Kyoko Kirigiri I love you and I know you won't love me back because she should have someone ten times better then me. Goodbye everyone. Just I was about to kick down the chair I heard her voice " Makoto don't do it please!" I looked up to see Kiri with a shock look on her face and then said " Get down from there Makoto." That's when I saw Hina, Hiro, Toko, and Byakuya. " G- guys..." I looked at them with tears in my eyes and Hina ran up to me and cut the rope and got me down. 👍🏻
I cried and ask them " what are you doing here?" " What are we doing Makoto what are you doing?!" Byakuya ask I looked down and cried, they all saw me and hugged me and Hina said " Makoto you can tell us anything." I nodded and told them everything ( after explaining what's going on) " M- Makoto we're s- sorry about y- your lost." Toko said I said it was fine but I looked at Kiri and she had her head down.

Kyoko's POV

I made it I made it just in time I looked down because I didn't want anyone to see me cry thenI head Makoto's voice which I thought I would never head it again " Hey can you leave me and Kyoko alone for a bit." Hina had a clam voice and said " ya sure come on everyone." They all left and it was just me and Makoto. He hugged me and said " Let it all out Kiri." I cried in Makoto's arms which were warm " Makoto?" I ask " Hmm." " Can you promise not to do this ever again." I ask Makoto nodded and I saw how close our faces were I blushed but my mind wanted to kiss Makoto what is wrong with m- then I felt someone kissing my forehead and it was Makoto! I blushed and he stop and apologize quickly " I'm sorry Kiri I won't do that again." He said and ran out of the classroom I couldn't help but feel kinda sad and wishing he'll do that again.
