SPLAT!

"Haha! Got you!" I shout at Nathan who's covered in a thick layer of ice cold snow looking pretty pissed off.

"Your gunna get it now Madster!" He threatens digging into the crunchy, white, fluff with a big grin on his face.

I start running up the steep, white-layered hill. It seems to never end as i look ahead and dont seem to be getting anwhere. I pant heavily and hide behind a tree till i regain my breath. The air is icy and snow droplets fall down gently over my blonde curls. Before i know it Nathan is running towards me evily, clutching a massive, what seems to look like, snowman head! Poor headless snowman i think to myself, before i am pounced upon with the heavy snowball, knocking me to the ground. I lay there not able to breath. I lay beneath the cotton-like snow for what seems like years! How come i'm not getting up? Am i dead? Omg, i dont want to be dead! I'm too young! I dont want to die yet. I haven't got to live my life to the fullest yet.

I open my eyes with Bailey in my face panting frantically and mom sitting in my glass chair next to me, equally in my face, looking at me excitedly with her wide baby blue eyes.

"Darling! Your awake! I never thought you was gunna wake up from that little dream land of yours. Who was you dreaming of uh?" Mom grinned at me nudging me and giving some scary-looking wink.

"W-what?" I mumbled, leaning up and rubbing my eyes.

"Merry christmas babe!" Mom said hugging me and handing me a sparkly, silver, wrapped-up, tiny box with a cheesy smile.

"Arw, thanks mom" I say squinting my eyes at the dainty parcel, showing a small smile back to her.

I unwrap the present carefully and reveal a white-painted, sequined box. I open it and find a beautiful gold bracelet. I picked it up and studied it for a few minutes. The gold really makes the silver dimantes stand out making them shine like my christmas lights. The smallest amount of sun peering through my white-fabric curtains, makes the imprinted lettering of 'Daughter' sparkle. I clip it onto my wrist and give my mom the biggest hug ever, breathing in her familiar perfume, Millions.

"Thank's mom. Merry christmas" I whisper down her ear before pulling away and smiling.

"It's okay Mad, now get yourself ready and come downstairs to open some more pressies!" She orders and leaves my room going down stairs.

I manage to pull myself up from my comfy, warm, cozy, memory-foamed bed before my phone buzz's. I look at my phone and pick it up reading the message:

09:13am

Holly: Merry christmas beautiful! What u got nice?:) xxx.

I check the time before texting back. Omg! It's 11:48! Why am i up so late?!

11:48am

Me: I've only just woke up! I'm so lazy!=D . I've only opened 1, which was a beautiful Daughter, gold bracelet. Im goin 2 get ready then im goin to open more:) + no surprise, i had anuva dream about Nathan last night...

Putting my phone back down on my bed side table i take one last glance at my bed which im so tempted to climb back into right now but i manage to drive myself into the direction of the bathroom instead. I jump into the steamy shower and drown myself in my Ted Baker shower gel and scrubbing my hair with coconut-scented shampoo and conditioner. I wash it off and step out of the bath, wrapping myself in my warm towel which had been resting on my radiator. I walk into my room and open up my wardrobe pulling out my white tank top and blue skinny jeans. I unwrap myself from my towel and scrub my hair with the towel. I pulled on my clothes, scrunched my tangled curls into a messy bun and made my way down the stairs. Mom was busy in the kitchen peeling the potatoes.
