Bad boy?

"Are you sure you saw him the other night?"Holly asked looking concerned.

"I swear* I answered walking into class.

"Hmm..." Holly hummed looking at me before taking her seat.

I went and sat in my seat before hearing a deep, husky voice speak above me. I looked up.

"Excuse me but you seem to be sitting in my seat." Said the mysterious boy with a grin on his face, looking down at me his soft-looking, brown curls falling into his face.

"Well it was my seat before i kindly let you sit in it last lesson" I replied, rolling my eyes and looking back at my work.

"Well, i'll just take the seat next to you then." He chuckled pulling out his seat and sitting down.

I carried on with my work taking no notice of him. I could see him staring at me out the corner of my eye. Grrr, it annoyed me so much.

"Will you stop that." I demanded looking at him, before rolling my eyes and getting back to my work.

"Stop what?" He answered pretending to act like he didnt know what i meant, with a big grin on his face.

I groaned trying to focus on my work. He started tapping his pen on the desk really loud which annoyed me but i tried to block him out. He then started chucking his pen in the air before catching it again. What is he doing?! He chucked it towards me and it bounced off my head.

"OUCH! Your so annoying, stop distracting me." I huffed, flicking the pen back at him where it hit him on his nose. I began to laugh at that. He complained rubbing his nose.

"Find it funny huh?" He grinned.

I ignored him, picking up my pen and tryed to figure out this sum. I scrunched up my face looking confused. How am i meant to know what 3x+6y-8s+9y+5s-1q equals?! I slammed my pen back down in frustration.

"Having fun?" Said the annoying boy sarcastically.

I blanked him.

"You know what, i dont see why i'm in this set. It's so easy" He commented.

I looked at him, looked at his book which was still closed and rolled my eyes.

"Are you just going to blank me all the time?" He asked looking a little annoyed.

I blanked him again.

" My name's Nathan. And you are?..." He asked holding out his hand.

"Maddy" I mumbled with a huff, not bothering to shake his hand in return.

"Are you always this moody?" He chuckled.

I rolled my eyes folding my arms over my chest.

"Right. Are you on your period or something?" He asked with a grin, raising his thick, brown eyebrow.

"Are you always this immature?" I angrily asked turning to face the opposite direction to him.

I could imagine his annoying, but sexy looking grin on his face right now. But seriously, how can someone i hardly knew come out with a question like that? Who does he think he is? He cant go around asking girls them kind of questions. Their private. Luckily the bell went and i didnt have to put up with the 'Nathan' boy for much longer. I picked up my bag and quickly walked out the class. The lessons whizzed by until it came to having to go home. I met up with a group of friends to walk down to the bus stop with. I was near to the end of the road when i spotted the bus coming. I legged it round the corner to thankfully getting there just in time. I jumped on the bus showing a quick view of my bus pass. I walked up the bus and sat near the back. I glanced at my phone to check the time. I was quite early. Before the bus pulled out i noticed the doors opening agan and i watched as nathan got on the bus approaching me with a big grin. I shoved my bag in the seat beside me so he couldnt sit there. He decided to sit behind me instead.

"Hi Maddy" He said after a while.

I blanked him.

"How's life?" He asked tugging a little at my hair.

Great before you started speaking.

"Fine." I mumbled, slapping away his hand.

"Oh, Cool. Cool." He answered.

"Well, i'm going now, bye." I replied really fast before i could get some kind of answer.

i stood up, and steadied myself, trying not to fall over as i walked down the bus. I began to walk down my road when i heard the same familiar voice again.

"Fancy that, living by you." He chuckled with a grin.

"Well, i dont live exactly by here. I live further up. And are you some kind of stalker?!" I demanded, folding my arms.

"What?! Of course not. I actually live further up too.." He replied laughing while looking at me.

"Then, how come you followed me and Holly back to her house last night then?" I questioned, looking away from him and pouting.

"What?" He answered looking confused.

"You know" I replied not interested.

"Ohhh. Yeah. Because my nan lives round there and i was wondering the streets looking for her house in the dark because i had to stand around waiting for my brother to pass me my fags from the shop before, and i obviously wasnt going to go back to her house straight after smoking one, so i met up with my mate after for a bit." He confessed after a long breath out.

My jaw dropped open. He smoked.
