Marissa POV:
I walked out of the mall with so. Many. Shopping bags. The usual. But, for the party got us outfits. My outfit was a short dark blue dress, with translucent-like white fabric and silver gems heels, some silver eyeshadow and red lipstick, and some silver jewelry. For Vanessa I got her a crimson red just above knee length dress, black sandal heels, natural eyeshadow palate and pale pink lip gloss, and some gold jewelry. I went to her house after she called me about her dad.
"Here is your outfit for the 🎵partay🎵!" I said, plopping the shopping bags that contained her outfit in her hands. Before she could argue, I put a finger to he lips and said, "You are naturally pretty, but in this, River will be blown away!"
I knew Vanessa's heart wanted to say yes, but her head was screaming 'NO!' "Fine." Vanessa said, trying to pout, but she couldn't help but smile. Her heart won.
"Well, we only have less than 3 days left, so, we better get you in shape to talk to River." I said
