OLIVIA

After going back to my dorm and getting dressed in a bikini and a dress just in case I choose to swim, I knocked on Elenas door and practically forced her to come with me. She wasn't too happy to leave her warm bed but I couldn't go without her.

We went to the south parking lot and met up with everyone and to wait for others to show up so we can all carpool to the lake. There's so many people here, I don't even want to count how many but I see Bradman standing through the sunroof of Daniels car with an Australian sun hat and a classic beer bong in his hand, waving at us when he see's us moving towards the crowd waiting.

I laugh at his antics when he starts dancing to the music pumping from one of the other cars. Clearly he's having fun.

"Why does Bradman have an Australian hat and a beer bong?" I ask Elena when we walk up to the big group of footballer and hockey guys as well as girls that are bikini clad. There's a quite a few people I haven't met yet that are tagging along too. This University is huge, so no wonder I keep seeing unfamiliar faces.

"Bradman is half Australian. His mom moved here when she was like in her early twenties or something and met Bradmans dad. His parents are sooo nice. I remember going over to his house with Daniel back in high school. Her accent is immaculate," she does a chefs kiss to the air. Wow, I didn't know that. Clearly he doesn't have the same accent as his mother considering he lives in the states but I find myself wanting to know more. Australia seems like a beautiful place.

"I can see that he really embraces the Aussie culture," I giggle when he pushes himself more out of the car and I see his swimming trunks is the same style as their flag.

Elena laughs too, "he loves Australia."

We move further into the crowd and I see Luke. I grab onto his hand and pull Elena behind me so we don't get lost in the big crowd of people.

"Hey, Liv!" Luke leans down to plant a friendly kiss on both mine and Elenas cheeks. "I haven't seen you two in so long where have you been?"

I huff out a breath, "studying" I roll my eyes in mock irritation. Tbh I didn't mind studying but it has been taking up so much of my time recently. I deserve one night out.

"She hasn't left her dorm other than to go to class and work. I've tried dragging her out and she would never budge but the one night I don't, she ends up dragging me to go out with her. Ironic isn't it?" Elena laughs and Luke grins down at her. He stares for a second too long but then flicks his eyes to me. Elena complexly oblivious, I give him an arched brow and a smirk and he nudges my arm, shaking his head and dismissing me.

For the next ten minutes we all talk and wait in the car parking lot to wait for the rest of whoever there is to show up. Shawn and Ronnie join us as well as Bradman whose handing out shots and is hooting like a complete idiot every two seconds which makes us all laugh.

I go over to Ronnie and give her a hug before going back to my original spot between Luke and Elena. I missed her so much since she's been staying out for the past few nights, I haven't really seen her.

"Clarkey cakes," Bradman sing songs handing me another shot. "Do another shot with me, Babe. You too Ellie!" He is dancing while pouring our shots, a talent within itself, and doesn't spill any of it.

"No drinking for me tonight." Elena lifts a bottle of lemon water and shakes it a little. "I'm on a cleanse," she explains.
