We were sitting on the beach, it was sunset and we were eating the food we bought from some street food stands.

"So Jisung, what did you want to talk about?" I asked him when I realized he was done with his food.

"Oh my goodness. I don't know how to bring it up to you" he asked in a worried tone.

"What, why? Is it something serious?? Are you sick? ARE YOU DYING?? PLEASE DON'T BE DYING"

"Calm down, I'm not dying. And I'm not sick. Well at least from what I know, BUT that's not the point here."

"Then what is it? Did something happen?"

"Let's say so. Well more like something was happening, or maybe even is..."

"Oh my, you are cheating on me!! Look I'm not mad at you cause I didn't even develop much feelings for you but I'm not going to stay in relationship with you if you yourself don't love me. So now I have to say this but we are br-"

"I'M NOT CHEATING ON YOU, LET ME FINISH"

"Oh I'm so sorry, I didn't mean t-"

"It's okay, now for fuck sake let me speak"

"Sure, go ahead"

"So, recently I've been having some weird dreams, HEY HEY DROP THAT SMIRK YOU PERVERT. It's nothing like that. I've been having dreams about someone, but I don't know who that is. I'm pretty sure that I've never met him."

"Wait a minute, what are these dreams about? Like what is happening, how do you feel about them?"

"Those dreams are very weird, he treats me like I'm his boyfriend or something. I don't know what it is or even why but I had them very often recently and I thought I should tell you about it since you are my boyfriend"

"How do you feel about this?"

"Please don't be mad at me but, oh gosh, in those dreams I can't control myself and we are acting like a couple, my body seems to enjoy his touches. I know that those are just dreams and that they are not real, but all those dreams seem very real, it's like I can even feel it all."

I saw in his eyes that he was panicking. I quickly grabbed his hands in mine and lifted his chin up to make him look at me.

"Hey, it's okay. Calm down, I'm not mad at you and I have no reason to be. Now let's think about it together, why would those dreams come?"

"I don't want to hurt you Felix"

"Why would you hurt me?"

"I don't think we are meant to be"

"Oh I know that"

"You WHAT??"

"I just told you about how I haven't developed any deeper feelings for you but you obviously weren't listening to me"

"Hey I'm not the one having dreams about my soulmate while already being in a relationship"

"Well I don't do it intentionally"

"I know that. Do you think you already met him?"

"I don't know, I'm not familiar with the face"

"But soulmate doesn't have to be partner who you love romantically"
