This is a retelling of Color Rush episodes 5 and 6 from Yoohan's POV. If you haven't seen it, this won't make sense.

He had seen the flyers hanging up around the city for a few days. Thoughts flew through Yoohan's head the first time that he had seen it. It was perfect, almost too perfect! Something like this? He could just imagine the beautiful smile that would grace his Yeonwoo's lips as he experienced the colors surrounding him.

But first he needed to plan. Getting Yeonwoo to do things with him... well, it was a bit of a chore.

It wasn't that Yeonwoo didn't enjoy being around him, Yoohan knew that he did. He could see the small smile that always played at his lips, at the way his eyes lit up when his Yeonwoo looked at him. No, there was no question that Yeonwoo enjoyed his time with Yoohan, but there was always a distance, always a struggle to get him alone.

He understood. Really, he did. He watched the newscasts. He saw the articles, read the headlines. Yoohan knew exactly what it was that Yeonwoo was afraid of.

Except, he didn't believe that Yeonwoo would hurt him. The other boy was gentle and kind and so worried about ever hurting him that even the mere idea that Yeonwoo might was actually laughable. Which is why Yoohan kept pressing and prodding and pushing.

Yoohan needed Yeonwoo to realize that he wasn't going anywhere, he wasn't scared, and if he wasn't scared, then Yeonwoo really had no reason to be.

Which was why Yoohan wasn't even going to ask for Yeonwoo to come. He was just going to buy the tickets and tell him to.

He smiled at the tickets in his hand as he stood outside the exhibit, pulling his phone from his pocket to message his mono. It would be awhile before Yeonwoo could get there, but Yoohan was willing to wait.

Yeonwoo.

Choi Yeonwoo.

My Yeonwoo.

My Yeonwoo's the softest.

Have you ever had fun with colors?

No. Why do you ask?

Yoohan could feel his heart thumping against his ribcage as Yeonwoo said nothing about the claim Yoohan had staked on him. Progress.

Yoohan quickly pulled up his browser and went to the site of the exhibition. He copied the link and then pasted it into his message with Yeonwoo, followed by pictures that he had saved of the exhibit itself.

Lets see an exhibition!

When?

Now of course.

Now?? I'm in school.

It's the last day.

Come here my Yeonwoo.

Come have fun with colors with me.

Yoohan held his breath as he waited for the reply. Yeonwoo could say two things. He could deny the experience, fight against his urge to see the colors, to see Yoohan, and Yoohan would've bought these tickets for absolutely no reason.

Or he could agree. He could sneak out of school and meet Yoohan and they could enter into a brilliant world of bright color and Yoohan could fall a little bit more in love, just like he was doing each day at Yeonwoo's side.

Fine. Send me the address.

Yoohan could feel the excitement bubbling up inside of him the moment he saw Yeonwoo walking up towards him. He hadn't been waiting long since he messaged Yeonwoo, a mere thirty minutes, but the thirty minutes had felt as if they'd dragged. Just the knowledge that soon he would be able to see his Yeonwoo again, go on a date with him (an actual date! Whether or not Yeonwoo agreed) was enough to cause his pulse to race in his giddiness.
