Chapter thirty three

Trigger warning: sh and panic attacks

I stared after runa and she let go of me and went to look for sayaka. The president ririka and me where left , shocked. I started to shake violently , ririka and Kirari both turned to look at me. This COULDNT be happening. "...no no no ..." My knees gave way and I fell to the floor shaking. " NO NO-" I broke out into incoherent sobs. Ririka rushed to my side and pulled me into a tight hug. Her and Kirari where the only ones , apart from sayaka that knew about my panic attacks. And ririka was the only person to ground me. She did this be holding me in a tight hug and just repeating that everything's as ok and that she was there.

I couldn't focus on anything just sayaka. I heard the door slam open. I gripped onto ririkas shoulders and heard a small Yelp from the distance. Then I heard sayakas yelling as the president tried to calm her down. Suddenly it all stopped. My blood went cold - I could bearly breath. I opened my mouth to try say something , ririkas concerned face wavered in my visions. All I could whisper was "-help" I fell limp into her. My arms fell over her shoulders. I felt she grip my tighter. I closed my eyes and cried into her neck.

•About 5 mins later •

I opened my eyes slightly. I could see now. Runa was sat with sayaka and the president. The president had one hand on sayakas face and held her hand with the other. Runa was curled up in a ball on the corner of the couch.

Ririka was slowly rubbing the back of my head. I shifted slightly so I was sat i between her legs but facing the others. Her arms snaked around my neck so she could ground me if needed.

( the grounding is based on what helps me when I have panic attacks. It won't be for everyone. )

The president moved her hand to sayakas other hand.

" sayaka please be -" the president tried to give a warning but sayaka interrupted her.

"Y/n- " she looked at me with blood shot eyes. Runa had looked up aswell but I refused to make eye contact.

Sayaka sighed and stood up. Ririka stood up in turn and sat next to the president where sayaka had been sat. She put one arm around runas shoulder and runa clutched onto her. Poor ririka had to deal with everyone who was sad huh.

Sayaka crouched down infront of me. She didn't say anything but pulled me to my feet. I was exhausted physically and emotionally from crying all day.

" you - you idiot... I love you. " with that she just pulled me into a hug. Allowing me to cry on her shoulder. " I'm so sorry" I cried. "'Please don't b-be mad at m-me"

" I'm not mad. I just want to help you , okay?" She hugged me tighter.
