George's eyes slowly open, he takes a few more minutes to sleep but notices he can't. He sits up and looks around for the clock. He remembers that there are no clocks in the room he is staying in, so he mentally facepalms himself for being a dumbass. He sighs and whips his hair to the side and waits for the robots handing them the food.

A few minutes passed and nothing happened, absolutely nothing. The only sound was occasional footsteps outside his cell, but nothing else happened. He waited and waited but nothing came up, so he stood up and decided to explore the room cause he hasn't really done that yet. He looked and the first thing he saw was the usual closet that he used to cover the door. He chuckled and went to the next one. He tried to grab the picture frame but his hands froze when that particular picture had two different people that he felt familiar with.

The first frame had two people. One had raven hair and wore a white bandana on his head, the one one on the right had brown hair and wore a multi colored hoodie and the one in the middle had a black beanie and a blue shirt. He looked to the right and another picture frame was there too. But this time, it had two different people. One had curly light brown hair and had a beanie on his head, and the other had brown hair and his hands were posed like a ram's.

'Where have I seen them?' George asked to himself. 'I'll deal with it later, for now I have to go look at the other picture.'

This picture frame was longer than the rest. It had Dr. Clay, Dr. Callahan, and someone he hasn't met. He had curly light brown hair and looked like he was dragged into taking a picture with them forcefully but has to abide to it.

'When was these taken?' Was the question after he looked at the picture frames. 'Why do they look familiar?' Was also the question.'

The door opened and a scientist with light brown hair went in and put the food on the table. 'Wait a second, is that the scientist in the picture frame.' George asked.

"Wait!" George said before the scientist stepped out the door. The scientist turned around with a face of 'I don't have time to talk to you, so be quiet'. George gulped silently as possible.

"A-are you that scientist i-in that picture frame?" George said, pointing to one of the picture frames. The scientist looked at where George pointed and walked there, shoving George aside. George gave a small and quiet 'ow' while the scientist picked up the frame.

He whispered something but he couldn't hear it. 'Of course I can't hear it, it's a whisper,' George said. The scientist put back the picture frames again, and finally talked.

"Yes, that's me." the scientist said with a tired voice.

"Oh... okay, and what's your name?" George asked the tired scientist.

"Dr. Kenneth Bournstead," he said, looking to the door.

'So that's his name...'

"One last question," George said

"Go on," the scientist said.

"Why are you the one handing out the food?"

"The robot that was supposed to hand out your food broke and in repair, in the meantime enjoy the food." the scientist said.

"Okay, that's understandable." George said, but he was still suspicious.

The scientist left and the door closed again. George sighs and walks over to the table and placed the food tray. He looked at it and hesitantly reached for the spoon. He hesitated in eating it, but if he didn't eat it, then he will lose his energy.

He took three more bites until he was hit with a sudden wave of nausea and a headache. He tried to stand up but immediately regretted it when he fell back down and onto the floor. He tried to stand up but he began to feel weak and his vision was going blurry and his mind fogging up. He looked at the door until he fell into unconsciousness.

---

George woke up and saw a black void around him, feeling shocked about this, he sits up and look around, panic splattered across his face. He stands up and began to walk around the empty black landscape.

While he was walking, a muffled voice was heard.

'Huh?' George thought and began to hear on where it was coming from. It came from his... 'left?'. George began to sprint, heading from his left.
He began to sprint and surely, the voice was beginning to be loud enough.

"Wake up!"

---

George jolted awake and tried to stand up, but his arms, legs, and torso were suspended on the bed.

"Why did you have to wake him up?" Kenneth angrily questoned him.

Clay rolled his eyes. "George, don't be shocked on what we are going to do to you."

"W-what?" George asked, fear setting in his soul.

"I'll put him to sleep again," Kenneth said, glaring at Clay and squinting his eyes while Callahan just stood there, holding his laugh.

Kenneth took out a syringe and began to reach for George's arms, holding down his wrist to prevent him from moving.

It stung and it went deeper and soon the liquid began to in through the hole and the effects soon acted. Kenneth took the syring out of George's arm and saw that George's eyes were struggling to open.

Soon, George fell asleep and he had stop moving.

"Now that he is asleep, let's go check his unique ability," Kenneth said.

"Fine fine, just quit glaring at me" Clay said.

Clay turned on the brain scanner and the screen displayed George's brain. But they found nothing.

"So it isn't his brain," Clay said.

"Try his blood" Callahan said.

Clay took another syringe and began to take George's blood and into the syringe. He took it under a microscope to check it's the cause of that "unique ability" and there was nothing at all.

"Surprising, very surprising," Clays said to thin air sarcastically. "Who would even think that blood would work, you have to make contact with their blood to work this "unique ability" of George. "

While Clay was complaining, someone stepped in the room and that person had a white bandana on his forehead.

"You seem so busy there Clay," the person said, startling Clay.

"Jesus, Nick! Don't do that ever again!" screamed Clay.

Nick just laughed and looked at what Clay was working on.

"Is that blood?" asked Nick.

"Yes it is," Clay said, sighing and putting away the microscope.

"What's it for?" Nick said, curious and intrigued.

"Nanya," Clay said, annoyed.

"Come on Clay, just tell me," Nick said, whining like a friend who wants to know a secret.

"It's none of your business Nick, go back to your lab, and with your boyfriends," Clay whispered the last part.

Nick's face became red when he heard it and he whined and yelled at Clay. "They are not my boyfriends!"

"Yeah, sure. I totally believe that," Clay said, prolonging the 'totally' to hint that it was sarcasm.

"Whatever, I'm going back to my lab," Nick said, turning around to leave.

"Sheesh, he acts like a child," Clay said.

This is going to be one long night.
