Me,Scott and Mitch are going to the beach.I am really excited and i got on a bikini under my clothes and i covered my cuts with waterproof makeup and then there was a knock on the door and i opened it and i saw Mitch and Scott"You ready?"Mitch asked me and i smiled and nodded"Yep let's go"I said and i took my phone and closed the door and locked it and then we drove to the beach and there was noone there apart from a couple of guys and a family of 4 and we just all our stuff down and Scott went into the water straigh away and me and Mitch just stayed to sun tun and then after sometime Scott came up to us"Come on guys it is boring to be the only one in the water"Scott said"Then deal with it"Mitch said"Okay fine with me"He said and picked me up over his shoulder and started to go up to the water"Mitch help me"I started to yell and laugh at this same time and Mitch was just laugh at me.I am gonna get him back for this"Scott put me down"I said while laughing and then Scott just throw me in the water and we just started to splash the water at eachother after sometime me and Scott picked up a bucket of water and then i runned to Mitch and poured the water on him"Revenge"I said and pointed a finger at him and all of us three started to laugh"I am souked now because of you two"Mitch said"That's what you get for laughing at me"I told him and after sometime we just sat on the sand and talked and then i saw two people that i didn't think i would see ever again and it was Bucky and Steve walking around the beach and i started to get a flashback
Flashback
"Should i send these video's to your other friend's other then your Tony"Alexander asked me I couldn't have him send those video to my friend's they would freak out and have nightmares for the rest of their life's.I wanted to tell him not to but i didn't have the energy to nod or say anything.I was starting to get extremely cold i was shaking"I think your mom loved seeing these it almost looks like your dead i would loved to see her reaction"Alexander said suddenly i hear a door and i'm filled with hope for a split second then i see Bucky walk's in"Look who it is"Bucky said and Alexander just looked at him and nodded towards me"She's all your's for now just keep her breathing"Alexander said and he left the room leaving me alone with Bucky.He grabbed my wrist and yanked them hard to get me to stand up he tied ropes around my wrist then tied them to a pipe on the ceiling i could hold my body weight i was so weak which made this hurt so much worse.He got a knife cutting my shirt off but in the process he cuts my chest and stomach .The same thing happened with leggings when cut them he cut my legs.I cried out in pain and he laughted.He started whipping me with his belt hard all over my body.I was sobbing it had to at least have been and hour until he stopped.He then let go off the ropes making me fall to the ground really hard i'm pretty sure the ropes dislocated my shoulder maybe breaking it because it hurt so much and i heard a crack and felt it.I sobbed.He started to walk over to me and starting punching and kicking my ribs.I tried to get him to stop he would snap one of my finger then he snapped my already broken arm then the other one just for his amusement.He left me lying there left alone.Alexander and Bucky then came back and it all started again.

"Hey Liz?Are you okay?"Scott asked me and i took a deep breath and nodded"Yh i am fine"I said and looked at Bucky one last time and he looked back at me and i just looked away and started to talk to Scott as Mitch was on his phone"Lisa!"I heard Steve call my name and i saw him and Bucky coming here"Hey Lisa how are you i haven't seen you in a while"Steve said"I have been busy"I said"What?With a new boyfriend?"Steve asked"Who is next Tony?"Steve asked"Cause i hear he likes to sleep around"Steve said"Steve stop let's just go"Bucky said to him"You two have that in common"Steve said to me and i started to have tears in my eye's and i just stood up and i went right up to him"YOU DON'T GET TO CALL ME A WHORE"I shouted at him the good thing that no one was a the beach anymore and i started to cry"WHEN I MET YOU I THOUGHT I HAD FOUND THE PERSON"I shouted at him"THAT I WAS GOING TO SPEND THE REST OF MY LIFE WITH"I shouted while sobbing and i felt Mitch taking my hand"I was done"I said a little more calmer but still crying"So all the dating and all the bars and the obvious daddy issuses.Who cared?Because i was done"I said while crying and both Steve and Bucky looked shocked"You left me.You cheated on me"I cried out with my voice breaking"YOU CHOSE SHARON"I shouted at him"I'm all glued back together now.I make no apologies for how i chose to repair"I said"What you broke"I said with more tears coming down my cheek's and then Bucky grabbed Steve by his arm"Come on man let's go"Bucky said and they left and then i sat back down and broke down and Scott held me as i cried and Mitch held my hand and i started to have a panic attack after sometime i calmed down and i fell asleep on Scott's shoulder
Scott's POV
I was about to beat these guys up but before i could do that they left and Lisa sat back down and cried into my chest and i held her.She started to have a panic attack"Hey...you are okay"I whsipered into her ear"Listen to my heartbeat"I said and she calmed down after about 30 minutes and after sometime she fell asleep"Let's get her home"I said and Mitch nodded and i picked her up in the bridal style and Mitch took our stuff and we went to my car and i put Lisa in the back and i put her seatbealt on and then me and Mitch sat the front and once we were infront of her apartment and we took her to her bedroom and we helped her to get into her pj's and then we took off her makeup and then Mitch gasped"What?"I asked him quaietly to not wake up Lisa"I will tell you in a sec"He whispered and i nodded and once we were done we put the covers over Lisa and then we left her bedroom and we went to the living room"What happened?"I asked him"Lisa is hurting herself and if not then she must of met a really mad cat or something"Mitch said"Are you sure?Why would she do that?"I asked him"I don't know"He said"Well i know one person that might know"I said and i called Natasha"Hey Nat can i meet you in the park next to Lisa's block?Me and Mitch have to talk to you"I asked her"Yeah of course"She said and me and Mitch left the apartment and we went into the park and waited there for sometime and after sometime we saw Natasha coming and we sat down on the bench"So what's up?"She asked us"Well Me,Mitch and Lisa went to a beach and after sometime it was okay but then two man came up to us one of them was called Steve but we don't know the other guy"I said"But it must of set her off because after they left she started to cry and have a panic attack"Mitch said"How did the other man look?"Natasha asked"Well he had his hair up to his shoulder's,He had a jacket and he had an metal hand"Mitch said and i was sooo confused.I didn't even notice anything about the other guy i was so foucesd on the first one"Oh no...no"Nat said"What did the other guy say to her?"He asked us"He wasn't saying anything to her.He was just telling Steve that they should leave and that he should leave her alone"Mitch said and Natasha took a deep breath nodded"Was that all?"Natasha asked and i shock my head"Once they left and Lisa calmed down she fell asleep so we took her to her apartment and once we were removing her makeup i saw something"Mitch said and Natasha tensed up"Nat does Lisa cut herself?"I asked her and Natasha looked down and i saw tears going down her cheek's and she took a deep breath and looked at us"I found her in her shower in the corner with blood going everywhere once i helped her clean up.I started to think it was all my fault and then she told me that she has been doing this for a year and she stopped for a little bit and some months ago she started again"Natasha said with tears going down her cheek's"Do you know why she has been doing it?"I asked her"She has been getting a lot of hate and she doesn't think she is good enough"Natasha said and i nodded and took a deep breath in about a month we are going on tour i have an idea"Just once you guys are gonna be on tour please take care of her.She means everything to me"Natasha said and i nodded"We will"Mitch said and she looked at her phone and then back at us"Okay i have to go now but if anything call me"She said"Okay"I said and me and her hugged first and then she waved to Mitch and she left"Okay i am gonna stay with Lisa and you go home"Mitch said and i nodded and i drived home and i went to sleep right away
