Troublesome kisses

I got dragged by my two roommates into a grand blue tilted hall rammed with Slytherins from my year, and in the middle was professor McGonagall teaching Blaise how to dance. I had to try and hold back my laugh so much that I really should be rewarded.

"How much did I miss, why are blaise and mcgonagall hitting it of!" I leaned into briar shoulder so my laugh was not obvious.

"You really need to stop fucking Draco and be on time for once!" Briar yelled in my ear laughing a little bit as she did.

"Weres the fun in that, I have my own dance moves myself thank you!"

"Yeah dance moves for Draco." She giggled.

"Exactly." I agreed back, my cheeks hinting red at his name.

"So are you and Draco official, are you dating or are you just fuck buddies when your both horny?" Dakota added in.

"No me and Draco are not official, were not friends with benefits, I would like to say we're dating but we've only been on two or three official dates." I said, my voice evidently sad at the beginning that me and Draco weren't official just yet.

"Hm well i don't know we're you stand with him and you don't either but I can see that it is clear he has a soft spot for you." Briar stated.

My smile became bright when she said it was clear that he had a soft spot for me, I could kind of already tell that he did but it's always nice to get it from another's point of View. I know we're I wanted to stand with him, I love him and I need him.

I wouldn't want anyone else by my side.

"So what's this Yule ball?" I asked them both.

"It's on Christmas Eve, it Happens because of the tri Wizard tournament and because you're a champion you have to dance especially!" Dakota said giddy.

"Wow um I can kind of dance." I paused before saying the next thing, "do you think Draco would want to dance with me?" I was now shy like a child staring at the floor.

They both gasped with excitement and sputtered out, "of course he would!"

"Right girls and boys find yourself a partner to practice with!" Professor McGonagall proclaimed.

Everybody rush to their feet to find a partner however I was hesitant to go with anybody because Draco wasn't here. Dakota went with blaise and briar went with Marcus although, briar did have a face coated in disgust. I stood there waiting for Draco to enter but he never did, what was taking him so long!

Someone annoyingly had tapped my shoulder getting my attention, "your practicing with me, get up." It was jaxon, he held out his hand blowing his black fluffy hair out of his face.

"No im not I'm waiting for someone!"

"Draco's not coming sweetheart so get up and dance with me we're just practicing anyway!" He grabbed my hand pulling me up forcefully dragging me to the center were everybody else was.

"He will show up, he just had to do something and do not call me sweetheart!" I hissed at him.

"I wonder what he had to do?" He sarcastically told me, leading me on into suspicion.
