This is the first Iron Man armor created by Kieron Stark.

it has weapons that are Uni-Beam, Flamethrowers, Bulletproof, Mach Speed Repulsor Boot Jets, missiles, Rocket Launchers and Repulsor Rays

Mark II Armor: ( from avengers earth's mightiest heroes)

This is the second Iron Man armor created by Kieron Stark, replacing the Mark I armor. It is less bulky and more powerful than the first one, though it still has the grey coloring of the previous model.

Mark III Armor ( from avengers earth's mightiest heroes)

This is the third Iron Man armor created by Kieron Stark to fight foes armed with hi-tech weapons. It has got the best weapons and flight technology compared to the previous two models.

Silver Centurion/Mark V Armor ( from avengers earth's mightiest heroes)

This new armor created by Kieron Stark has more powerful repulsor weapons and fast flight. Unlike the last model (and most of those after it) this armor has a unique red and silver color scheme. It can also transform itself into a suitcase.
