I think babyjoe thinks i did some hard as drug just cause i said i wanted to sign somebody to never broke aigan records.
Babyjoe sighed " why are you just now tryna sign somebody" he asked
I shrugged sitting down " it was kinda a morning thought i had like four hours ago, i mean not that long ago that kid stuck in the hood was us.. Nothing but some years ago that kid skrugglin to get noticed was us and i want to help someone out" i said
He sat there for a second looking like he was about to say some heartfelt shit but thats not what came out " nigga.. You think like that in the morning? What, did you do crack?" He said
I rolled my eyes picking up my phone" no vruh... Just help me find a small rapper preferably from Louisiana" i said
Babyjoe groaned looking up from his phone" do i gotta actually listen to this music" he asked
I shook my head " not necessarily.. I mean your first red flag should be for example if they have sixteen songs and no one has listened to a single one" i said showing him my phone laughing
He laughed going back to scrolling " hold up wait what about lil nigga right here, he from baton rouge and he already got a small fan base" he said handing me his phone
I nodded reading the artical he did have everything we was looking for. I pressed images looking at one picture before setting the phone down.
Babyjoe looked at me confused " what? Whats with the face" he asked
I looked up at him seriously for a second " babyjoe.. " i said calmly
" what?" He asked looking at me confused
" i can't sign this nigga hes like twelve!" I said picking my phone back up
He rolled his eys going back to scrolling im sure he was determined to get me to sign him now.
Baby joe rolled his eyes giving me his phone " kentrell he like eighteen" he said
I did eventually belive he was eighteen and we played a few of his songs. They were good and he deffently had that baton rouge voice we needed.
Baby joe set his phone down looking up at me " you gonna dm him?" He adke
I thought for a second before nodding. I sighed out of my account snd into the nba records account.
I looked back up " whats his instagram? Also what time is it in lousiana" I asked and babyjoe gave it to me
Baby joe shrugged " he probaly awake but if he insist he'll answer tommorow. Just be patient" he said
I looked it up and clicked message thinking of something to say " wait this aint my job what the fuck do i say" i asked
Baby joe shrugged " i dont know but if your gonna pretend you need to be prefesional and shit" he said laughing making me roll my eyes beginning to type out as much professionalism i had in me.
