Yuji and Meguni then left the school campus and headed into Tokyo. They decided to go by train and went straight to an accessory shop Yuji had pointed out. They walked around a while before both deciding on something. They then went to a local bakery and ordered a massive chocolate cake. They called Ijichi to pick them up. Soon, Ijichi arrived and he drove the two back to school.
They soon got back and went straight for your bedroom. They knocked on the door but you didn't answer. They were slightly confused so went to the cafeteria instead.
You were outside by the cherry blossom trees and koi ponds before you heard a dog bark. It sounded only young. You turned your head and couldn't find the source of the barking. You turned back to look at koi ponds and saw a puppy in your lap. You picked it up and looked at. Staring at it with sparkly eyes.

You got up from the floor and headed back to your room. You opened then closed the door before placing the puppy on the floor. You weren't sure what to do with him so you messaged Gojo-Sensei.
Y/N: Sensei. What's the rule on pets?
Gojo-Sensei: What do you mean?
Y/N: I found a puppy. But I wanna keep him.
Gojo-Sensei: I'm sure it should be fine. What does it look like?

Gojo-Sensei: It's adorable. What have you named him?
Y/N: I haven't yet. I'm thinking of 'Kuroko'.
Gojo-Sensei: I like it. 👍
Y/N: Ok. Also, the koi ponds are so peaceful. I could sit there and stare for hours on end.
Oh. Sorry.
Gojo-Sensei: It's fine.
Gojo then messaged Megumi to tell him you were back in your room.
Gojo-Sensei: Megumi. She's in her room now.
Megumi: Where was she?
Gojo-Sensei: Staring at the koi ponds.
Megumi: Right...

Megumi then went back to your room with Yuji following close behind him. They knocked on your door and you went over to answer while Kuroko, your new puppy, barked in the background.
"Is that a dog?!" Yuji says excitedly from the other side of the door.
You opened the door and let them both in while trying to stop Kuroko from getting out of your room.
"Oh my god it is a dog!" Yuji says excitedly.
He immediately went straight over to the puppy and started ruffling it's fur.
I'm glad you like him. So what brings you two here?
"Oh. It's a surprise. Close your eyes." Yuji says.
You closed your eyes and cutely, Kuroko turned around to face his back to Megumi and Yuji. The two boys started bringing in the presents and cake that they bought before telling you that you could turn around again.
"Aww. Did your puppy turn too?" Yuji gushed.
Yeah. Wait. What's all this?
"Happy birthday!" Yuji beamed.
"Happy birthday." Megumi muttered.
"Thank you." You said, tears running down your face.
"Wait. You spoke!" Yuji said excitedly.
"She's only spoken twice." Megumi says, somewhat scolding Yuji.
"Well then I will make it my goal to make you speak more!" Yuji says like it's a mission.
You wondered into the kitchen to get plates, a knife and some forks before returning to the living room. Yuji then handed you his gift before Megumi followed after.
"I got you this." Yuji says.
"Here. It's not much but here." Megumi says.
You took both gifts before opening them up and smiling at them. Megumi had gotten you a koi fish necklace and Yuji had gotten you a bracelet with a dog pendant.
Guys. You didn't have to do this.
A stray tear fell from your eyes.
"No. No. Don't cry." Yuji said.
"I think she's happy." Megumi mutters.
"What is the feeling? Why do I feel like I want to protect her? No. No. What am I thinking?!" Megumi thought to himself.

A knock soon arrived at your door. You went over and opened it and found Gojo-Sensei holding some dog food.
"Sensei... thank you." You say quietly.
"You're welcome." Gojo says before leaving.
You then closed the door and went to find a bowl to put some food in for Kuroko and then headed back to cut your cake. You cut the cake and gave everyone a slice. You stayed and talked for hours and hours before Yuji and Megumi went to leave.
"Oh. We have a mission tomorrow. We're going to Harajuku." Megumi says.
Ok.
"Ok." Yuji says before him and Megumi leave.
"What's this feeling? Why does my heart skip a bit whenever I'm near him? Is this 'love'? No. I'm imagining it. Right?" You thought to yourself.
