It was a rainy morning that Chloe and Rachel woke up to see. "Great I love the rain," Rachel said sarcastically rolling her eyes. Chloe jumped off the bed with a smile "Hey could be worse," she said shrugging. "You're right," Rachel said grabbing her bag. "Oh bathroom is across the hall," Chloe said as Rachel nodded and walked to the bathroom. Chloe sighed as she picked up her diary.

Dear Max

Last night Rachel stayed over,but nothing exciting happened really. We just told stories about life and played some friend games. I know you probably won't respond,but just know I miss you. Anyway my mom was accepting of the fact I'm dating Rachel. All right that's all I got for now. Max if you don't send a text,call,or letter soon I'm going to stop writing these entries,"

She finished writing and tossed the diary down on the ground with a sigh. Slowly she walked over to her computer,and begin to scroll over a couple of local news article. "God this place is fucking boring," she thought to herself as she laid her head on the desk. Overtime she begin to fall asleep,but before she could properly fall asleep her mom opened the door. "Hey Chloe I'm gonna head out to work," she said standing in the door way. "Ok," was all Chloe said as she didn't move her head. "Chloe remember you have people that love you,and that's the best reason to smile," Joyce said as she walked off. "Rachel and Mom two people so impressive," Chloe thought to herself as she lifted her head. The bathroom door opened and out walked Rachel in a new pair of clothes. "Alright Price you're up," Rachel said tossing her bag on the ground. "Yeah I'll be a while," Chloe said as she grabbed some clothes and stumbled to the bathroom. "Alright Chloe time to figure out what's been bugging you," Rachel thought to herself as she picked up the diary. "I need something interesting," she said as she slowly stopped skipping pages. "Jeez Max must be popular," she said to herself seeing they were all written to Max. "Here's one," she said as she begin to read the entry.

Dear Max,

Lately ever since I found out the truth behind Rachel's family I've just been dealing with so much shit. I can't tell her because it's not my place,and it would hurt her so bad. I'm not sure how to deal with all this sadness Max. I know some kids just drink and smoke themselves to death,but nothing seems to be working. I hate to say it,but recently I just want it to all be over. I'd hate to leave Rachel being alone but she'd probably be better off. Anyway see ya Max or I won't who fucking knows,"

Rachel put the diary down now knowing Chloe has been thinking these kind of things. "Fuck," she said as she laid back in the bed trying to figure out what she could do. "If only I could ask this Max what would help," she whispered to herself as she sat up. Suddenly she saw the bathroom door open,and watched Chloe walk in the room. "You can see how sad she is just in the way she walks," Rachel thought to herself as Chloe sat down next to her,and laid her head on Rachel's lap. "Hey Chloe I love you,and don't ever leave me," she said kissing her on the head. "Not sure where you got the idea I'd leave you from," Chloe said looking up at Rachel. "You know I don't want to go home. I want to stay here with you forever," Rachel said causing Chloe to smile. "I'd love that," Chloe said as she looked up at her girlfriend. "Chloe one day we will get out of here,and be free from all the chains holding us down," Rachel said as she brushed Chloe's hair out of her face. "Rachel you'll never leave me will you?" Chloe asked trying not to let emotions get the best of her. "Of course not I am here till the end," Rachel said as she laid down. Chloe moved up and cuddled with her. "Chloe by the time we are done our legacy will have changed the whole world,and that's a promise," Rachel said as they looked at each other. "Rachel I'll never love anyone else. You are the only one for me," Chloe said kissing Rachel. Rachel returned the kiss and smiled "Chloe Price you're the one I want to spend the rest of my life with," she said as the both smiled at each other. "You know Rachel Price has a nice ring to it," she said as now they looked up at the ceiling.
