Bullied

Chapter 8

Camilas pov

I didn't see Lauren at all today in school, I look around for her but I didn't see her. I know Lauren's brother, Chris, I met him a while ago before Lauren I didn't know they were related though. I dropped Chris off a few times, so I know where Lauren lives, not in a creepy way, Chris is friends with Harry and so I gave him a ride home a couple times.

I was outside Lauren's house in my car, I didn't know if this was a good or bad idea but after the other day when I saw Lauren getting bullied by Shawn and Austin, I was going to check up on her.

I got out and walked up to the door and knocked a few times, after a while it was opened by Lauren she was I a t-shirt and joggers.

"Uh...camila, what are you doing here? How did you know where I live?" She asked, I smile softly.

"I know your brother I've dropped him off home a few times, he's friends with Harry. I'm here to see you, I didn't see you in school today so I've came to check up on you" I say, she nods softly.

"Uh come in" she said, I smile as a thank you and walked in, I looked around and then back at her.

"How are you?" I ask, she nods

"Fine, you?" She asked, I nod

"Good, are you home alone?" I ask, she nods

"Yeh, do you want a drink or something?" She asked, I nod

"Can I have a water?" I ask, she nods

"Yes, go into the living room and sit I'll be there in a second" Lauren said, I nod and go sit down in the living room. Soon Lauren came with two waters handing me one, I thank her and she sits down.

"Were you in school today?" I ask, she nods

"Yeh, I got sent home early though" she said, I frown

"Why are you okay?" I ask, she nods

"Yeh, just felt sick" Lauren said, I nod

"I'm sorry, I hope you're feeling better" I say, she nods

"I am thank you" she said, I nod and we talk for a while

It was a little awkward at first but got better as time went on, we were not talking and laughing getting along great.

"Oh, I'm sorry I've got to go I promised my little sister a movie night" I say checking the time, Lauren nods.

"It's okay, it was nice that you came to check on me thank you" Lauren said getting up walking me to the door.

"Of course, here pass me your phone" I said, she did and I put my number in and texted myself so I had her number.
"Now you have my number, you can text me anytime you want me to come over, whatever reason" I say, she smiles softly.

"Thank you, same for you" Lauren said, I nod and smile

"Bye Lauren" I say, she said bye back and I go to my car and go home.
