Camilas pov
Zayn opens my door and I get out of his car, I smile thanking him and he nods taking my hand. We walk into the school and to the dance, we find the others and talk for a while and I look around.
"Guys, where's Lauren?" I ask, they look and then Dinah smiles pointing to the door
"There she is" Dinah said, I look and go wide eyed
"Wow" I whisper, they all nod Lauren and Liam us and walk over
"Hey-" I cut them all off "Lauren, you look incredible" I say, she smiles wide
"You look beautiful" she said, I smile and then a song came on
"Oh my god, this is the 1975" I say, she looks at me a little wide eyed
"You know them?" Lauren asked, I nod
"Of course they're amazing" I say, she smiles wide
"I think I owe someone a dance" Lauren said, I smile and she holds her hand out, I take it and we go and dance.
It was great and Lauren as surprisingly a great dancer, soon Liam came over and she danced with him after the song was over, I danced with zayn and soon we were all dancing together.
Soon a slow song came on and I take Lauren's hand pulling her away from Liam, she giggles as I wrap my arms around her neck and she placed hers around my waist.
"You really do look beautiful, Lauren" I say, she smiles wide with a light blush
"So do you, Camz" she said, I smile and place my head on her shoulder and she placed hers on my head softly, we swayed to the music.
"You're an incredible friend" I say, she nods
"You're the best friend I've ever had" she said, I look at her and smile lightly, she smiles back.
"You're one of the best friends I ever had" I say, she chuckles
"I'm sorry but Dinah is my best friend" I say, she nods
"It's fine, I get" she said, I kiss her cheek and chuckle
"Whip the lipstick off camila" she said, I shook my head
"No, it's cute" I say, she rolls her eyes and kissed my cheek, I go wide eyed and blush profusely
"It's only fair" she whispers, I nod and then our friends came over when the song changed
All night we danced together, mainly Lauren and I but we would also dance with our dates but mostly Lauren and I danced together.
Soon it was time to go home, I take Lauren's hand and walk outside before Liam and zayn could find us.
"Yes?" Lauren asked, I smile wide
"What? I'm your date now, I'm taking you home" I say, she chuckles
"You drove?" She asked, i shook my head
"No but I did call a cab when I went to the bathroom, it should be here in about 5 minutes" I say, she laughs and wraps her arms around me from behind.
"Okay" she said, I smile and lean back into her and look up at Lauren.
"I had a great night with you" I say, she nods
"I had a great night with you" Lauren said, I smile and move closer to her as we wait for the cab
When it arrived it dropped Lauren off first and then me, I get a text from zayn and chuckle and tell him I got a cab with Lauren.
